4 Generation retreat

Our family from 3 years of age to 85 enjoyed our week stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. We all played corn hole, mini golf and even played darts. The hot tub was awesome for the cool evenings. We cooked outside for most dinners and enjoyed the outdoor patio.Sleeping space perfect. Thank you for a wonderful week at this beautiful home.

I loved this place. I’ve stayed at many Vrbos and honestly this is the first place that I would rent more than once. We stayed here for my bachelorette trip, it was spacious enough for all five of us (the 6th person couldn’t make it, but there was an extra room they would have used.) The house felt clean and luxurious. The outdoor space was amazing, clean pool and jacuzzi! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, it wasn’t too far from downtown Scottsdale. All in all, I would highly recommend and I look forward to staying here again.

Overall good stay, some maintenance issues

Stayed here with my family and a friend's family. House is a great layout and the backyard has so much fun stuff as shown. Our only major issue was that there were a few maintenance issues that were only told to us right before arrival, or we had to discover on our own (hot tub needed servicing and couldn't be used for 2 days, bunkbed ladder was broken, cleaners had missed some stuff from previous guests). The rental company was responsive and eventually addressed the issues, but in the end we were not happy with the small refund they offered, especially considering the hot tub was one of the main selling points for us. So could have easily been a fully positive experience, but that is the only negative.

Great Property for a Group of any type

This is a great property. There is tons of room and amenities. We had a very diverse group -- our stay was for business so we had family, friends, employees all in this one house and it was great. The rooms are spread out and there is so much space. We never felt like we were in each others way. I hate to write this because I hope to grab this house for our trip back next year for Barrett-Jackson. The property management was so easy to deal with and check in and out was a breeze. No parking in the street is hard when the house holds 15 people - but 3 fit in the drive way and we made the rest work. Our stay was almost 2 weeks - so we cooked dinner at the house quite a bit and there is great kitchen supplies and appliances. The outdoor kitchen made it where we could be outside cooking and eating too. They supply enough gas to run the fire table and heaters. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay again.

Resort-like stay

We had a great spring break stay. The house was great…large enough for the 7 of us and a killer back yard. Grilling station, pool, gas fire pit, bags, darts and plenty of TV’s! It was close to a ton of restaurants in North Scottsdale and in a very nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this house!

Nice place, poor management company

Working with Stay Porter was challenging. We were told could not use the outdoor speakers, had trouble with the WiFi range to use the outdoor TVs. We ran out of tissues and paper towels and they told me they do not replace them, 6 adults and 3 little kids use paper towels and tissues, and one roll and one box for the whole house ran out after day 3. We paid a premium for the his property and received zero service!
