I have to say we were quite surprised at the poor condition of the Floaties and pool noodles that we thought were provided for the guests to use. They were laying in the dirt and rocks near the retaining wall, also the ones in the storage chest were ripped and filthy. We would have never used them, so we purchased our own. We also noted the VRBO pictures indicated at least two patio umbrellas for protection from the hot sun however, there was none available when we got there. There is no way that we would have been able to handle the full sun all day without some type of protection so we also went out and purchased a nice 50 umbrella to use while we were there, and of course, had to leave it there as we were flying home. A refund would be expected, but I will leave that up to you…We left the rental home very clean. Swept, vacuumed, even wiped out the fridge. All beach towels and kitchen towels and black washcloths were placed in the washing machine and ran through a cycle as instructed. I hope you take these comments into consideration for your next guests.
