Great Compound for a large group

We very much enjoyed our stay, the house is nicely decorated and very comfortable. There are three separate houses (the main 2) with a large game room. Great for 8 guys or 3 families for an extended stay.

Even better than we anticipated!!

We booked this for our whole family to get together who lives across the US for a three night visit. The property was absolutely perfect for us. There was lots of space for us altogether and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was modern and clean!! we enjoyed the putting green the ping-pong and the pool and spa

Excellent stay with a few hiccups

I really appreciate how responsive the property maintenance team was to our stay when we discovered that the property propane tank was empty. It the Sunday before NYE and they were still able to find a service to fill the tank. We were all impressed. We will be recommending this property to all our friends and family. It was perfect for our large group of family.

60th Birthday Celebration!

This was a great place to celebrate my 60th! It’s a huge property with 3 houses. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out! Loved the pool, game room and the putting green. They could use a lot more items in the casita #1 kitchen. They do not even have a coffee maker. If you are cooking in they do not provide spices of any kind. It’s a Good location and nice neighborhood. Ideal for a big group of people!

Awesome property.

This was a great property. We do quarterly management meetings where 8 of us rent a house together to hose our management meetings and do team building. This house was perfect and we already are thinking about coming back to this property. The guest house is itself an incredible home and bigger and nicer than many homes and the casita is super comfortable. The main house had a great kitchen, comfy living area, all good size bedrooms with beds big enough for adults and the back yard was great. The neighborhood is also a nice neighborhood with lots of trees and plants and all homes are on big lots, so you really don't feel like you are stuck in some Phoenix suburb. It's close and convenient to the airport and most other places you would want to go to down in the valley. The owners/managers had good communication with me before we checked in and the check in process was super easy. I do recommend and we hope we can book this place again.

Great location a quick 20 minute drive from the airport, and large selection of food choices. Spacious lounging and dining areas. The large open windows next to the kitchen was a welcome addition to both expel the cooking smells as well as make easy access to food items from the kitchen Would highly recommend. Minor inprovements would be balancing/increasing the bathrrom to bedroom ratios. Casita 1 had 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, while casita 2 had 2 bedrooms.and only 1 bathroom. Due to the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms, an increase in towel racks would be good as well.

This did NOT disappoint! An absolutely beautiful home along with 2 amazing casitas that were like 2 extra houses. Perfect for 3 families getting together that needed some space and privacy but still wanted to have time together. Awesome grounds with distant views of the mountains, pool, putting green, grill, outdoor fireplace, hot tub and indoor/outdoor game room! We would definitely stay here again. Even better than the photos online! We especially loved the large kitchen in the main house with huge accordion windows that opened up to an outdoor countertop by the pool! 😎🌵⛰️ ☀️

All for one and one for all

Our local Coldwell Banker the Brokers office from Billings, Montana planned a trip to learn from our Coldwell Banker Gen Blue Conference in Phoenix. We required adequate space for all of our attendees (Real Estate Professionals) with the ability to have amenities to serve everyone from, workable areas, comfortable sleeping arrangements, hosting of meals and pure enjoyment of a high end establishment. This property served all categories and more. All of our attendee's were extremely pleased with the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Epic compound that's perfect for a big group

The pictures don't quite do this property justice - you have access to two full million $+ houses, a great game room, big pool area, putting green and more. We had more than enough room for our group of 16 for a bachelor party. Everything in the house is brand new and functions great. Just the oven / stove / grill options alone make for an awesome cooking set up. Highly recommend this stay!

Desert Paradise

This home was fabulous. It was very spacious and having the 2 guest houses made it even more flexible for multiple families staying together during the weekend. The amenities within the house were great and location to local attractions was perfect. One thing we weren't too excited about was the pool. The pool was surrounded by a couple of large trees with flowers that spilled into the pool every day while we were there, which we had to clean since there were winds every afternoon we were there. We had to clean the pool with a pool net that was half broken, which took forever for us to clean the pool. Great trip overall and loved the compound!
