Stayed in the home with me and my 5 kids. House had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy comfortably. House and yard were clean. Nice neighborhood and good location for west valley activities. Hosts were responsive throughout the stay. Beds were super comfortable. We loved the hot tub and would have loved the pool if we had decided to heat it. I did ask ahead what the pool temperature was but I was told the host did not know. I didn’t want to spend 500 unnecessarily and without any info I decided not to do it. Having a thermometer in the pool would have been helpful. Next time I’ll pay to heat the pool in AZ in April. We did arrive late (after 10pm) and the check in instructions did not work. The key pad was not working. I had to call the host and they let me know the key pad does not always work and where to find a key. Given a 3 hour time difference we were all pretty tired so this was a frustrating start. But after that we had a nice stay. Would stay again.

Our overall stay was wonderful. The house is always a perfect fit for our needs. There were a few hiccups that were quickly course corrected but overall the stay is wonderful. The pools, lovely and private. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable and the home location is great for a lot of needs in the area. this is our third time staying here.
