Perfect spot for families!

This property was absolutely perfect for my family visiting for Spring Training! The location was central to baseball locations, restaurants, and activities. The beds were very comfortable, and the home had everything we needed plus much more. Most importantly, the home was very clean! I would absolutely stay here again!!!

Great place to stay for Spring Training

If you're looking for a super clean, budget friendly place to stay near Peoria, this is the place. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with all the basics. The beds are comfortable and this home is in a very quiet location. Everything including the yard and patio were just as pictured. We did have some problems with operating the pool but Joel was quick to respond. Be aware that the spa tub by the pool doesn't have true "hot tub" jets but it was still nice to sit in to warm up. Also, be sure to ask if the pool can be heated if staying in the cooler months.
