We were in town for an extended period. We needed a place to spread out and relax in the evenings and this place worked out great would recommend it.

Room for lots of improvements

The home is older, needs some work. The rooms are good, allows for privacy. The biggest issue is when a home sleeps 12, we expect it to accommodate 12. You need triple the amount of towels/bath/hand/wash cloths, extra pillows (better pillows too), blankets, couch blankets. Seating outside sits maybe 6. All kitchen utensils are old/worn/dull. Need more pans. We received no check in/out information. The entire process was average, at best. Same with the home.

If you're solely looking for a place to sleep and shower, this house is a decent value given its layout and capacity. However, this is clearly the type of rental where the goal is to reduce expenses as much as possible. There are a variety of issues including shoddy towels, limited storage, lightbulbs out or missing throughout the house, broken stairs, loose outlets, and incomplete cleaning measures. The pictures on the listing also need updating as some flooring and bedding don't match. I would look elsewhere in the future.
