Great fully remodeled residence in a quiet residential neighborhood of Tempe. Pets stay for free! Wonderful PRIVATE yard with heated pool set to 85 degrees between the months of November and April at no additional cost. Home has been fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen. Free ROKU televisions... Large 4 bedrooms and just minutes from downtown Tempe, close to some of the best restaurants and bars. Rent a bike and have fun!

-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)
