Recently remodeled interior, extremely well kept and clean upon arrival. Contact with the host was easy and they were super responsive/helpful. Backyard and pool was perfect for the kids.

Arizona weekend

This property has a lot of potential but it fell way short. It's been nicely renovated and is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. This is house is in dire need of a deep cleaning. The bed linens were either permanently stained or not cleaned, I'm not sure. The rug in the family had food smashed into it. The bath towels are very old. The patio furniture is worn, not sturdy and has holes in the cushions. The backyard was very nice but was not cleaned before our stay. We took the time to clean up the large pile of bird poo by the back door and swept up the broken glass on the patio. We left the hotdog wrappers and debris from previous guests. Sadly we were disappointed but with a better cleaning crew this could be a 5 star VRBO.
