No heated pool

We loved the house. Great areas to sit and talk and dine. The only negative (and it’s important) is there is no heater for the pool. We come to Scottsdale every Spring Break. Each home we’ve stayed in has had the option of paying extra to heat the pool. That’s a big deal when the weather is cool. March Can be cool and was. The main picture advertising the home shows a pool in the foreground. When i called a week and a half before arrival to ask to heat the pool, I was told there was no heater. I was told there was a spa. (Hot tub). And also told “we didn’t say it was heated or not”. So if you like to swim (like my kids and grandkids) this is not the place. Super disappointing and misleading. The home itself is lovely and the grounds as well. Check in and out easy!

Arrived and found a broken chair, top gate next to garage was rough and someone cut the finger on it, stove down draft not operable, bathroom sink and tubs have slow drains. Insufficient forks and pots and pans too small to cook for occupants in a house with 6 bedrooms

Wedding Out of Yown Guests Stay at Rancho Relaxo

Beautiful accommodations for 14 out of town guests for a destination wedding over a long weekend. The house was spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it for anyone in the Phoenix area.

Nice place

A golf trip with friends. This house was well organized, but it is a bit dated regarding decor. It has been a rental for a while and there are few if any personal effects on property. The outdoor facilities were good but as our group was low maintenance we didn't use them. The property manager provided a few supplies that were appreciated, some coffee, laundry soap a handful of things that were useful for visitors. That you for a nice place and it will be on the top of the list for next visit.

Overall, we loved our stay at Rancho Relaxo! At first, communication wasn’t easy with our concierge, but once we got into town and got ahold of someone personally, it was a lot easier. We loved the location of the house- out of the hustle and bustle, but still close to stores and grocery/restaurants. The landscaping on this house was INSANE- we absolutely loved the yard; it was so great to have the putting green and the artificial grass for the kids to play on. We also loved the horses next door! What a nice surprise! The patios and relaxing spaces were great, although the patio cushions have seen better days and it may be worth considering replacing them soon. We had to buy our own pool toys- we left the noodles and stuff we bought since we flew, so hopefully future guests can enjoy without having to be wasteful and purchase more! The fountain on the pool was not working and we couldn’t get the outdoor TV to work either. Inside the house were fully furnished bedrooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and comfortable living spaces. Our main complaint from the entire trip was the kitchen. We had 3 families staying and cooked all of our meals at home and found it very difficult with the cooking equipment that was provided. Teflon pans were completely scratched and peeling, very dull and limited knives, rusted colanders and kids utensils and dinnerware were not found although listed on the listing as being provided. With how grand this house is, we were expecting a much fully “equipped” kitchen as stated. Again, we had an excellent time, and would come back if some kitchen items were added and upgraded. Thanks for everything!
