Perfect home for a weekend get away!

Home was perfect, super roomy and just as described in listing for our girls trip. Check in was super easy, beds were comfortable, communication with property manager was spectacular and even though we didn’t use it, the heated pool was super warm and steamy! Very close to Old Town Scottsdale and other places to see/hangout. Would definitely recommend and reserve again!

Great house, perfect for our trip

This was for an anniversary/birthday trip to Scottsdale/Sedona. The house was perfect for my wife and I. It was very clean and in a good, safe location. The host was very responsive with communication and was a pleasure to work with. We drove to Sedona for a day of hiking, and the house was a good location for a day trip.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time! The pool was a big hit with the kids. The house was spacious and had a nice sofa with room for all of us to hang out together. This is being picky, but the “pink” bedroom had sheer curtains with no blinds. You would be visible from the street at night so we covered them with extra sheets.

Some positives but some attention needed

There are a number of positives about this house. Fairly close to old town Scottsdale, nice MB bath, nice kitchen, nice living room sitting area. Several things need attention though. The carpets were stained and either need to be cleaned or replaced. Needs an outside table with 4 normal chairs. There was only 1 wine glass and the frying pan handle was falling off . Hardly any hangers in the closets. It just seems like no one is really paying attention to the property.

Okay but not 5 stars.

Overall, the property was good. The beds were comfortable and the showers and bathroom and kitchen was also very good. However the carpet was gross!! People should really take off their shoes once in a millennia. The pool should just be heated or not heated as this was complicated by further charges for warmer water during a freak cold front. So if you’re wanting swimmable water without that nice polar bear effect, you better pay the extra $100s of dollars for it- but that also would make me look for another listing with all the charges up front anyways. Next time I’ll know better. Also, there are cameras outside near the pool so just know you’re being watched - which is weird and kinda slimy. And lastly, you better read all the rules carefully - they are precise and strict with fees attached to all of them.

Great Girls Weekend Getaway

My two sisters, daughter and I stayed here for a week over Spring Break. This is a very nice property. The pool area looks like it was recently updated. We spent the afternoons out there and also took a swim on a couple of the mornings. It was a great place to hang out in the sun all afternoon as the back of the house faces South. The beds in every room were very comfortable. The interior looks updated and very inviting. We found the living/kitchen/dining area comfortable. We could all sit together and watch movies on the large couch and chairs. The house was cleaned right before we got there. It was nice having access to the entire house including the garage, where we parked our car each night. The neighborhood was quiet. We wouldn't have known if the neighbors were home or not. It was also centrally located to anything and everything we wanted to do in the Scottsdale area. It was close to a grocery store as well as minutes away from dining, coffee shops, the botanical gardens, hole in the rock and other tourist type attractions. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at the house. The hosts were quick to reply to any messages we sent to them prior and during the stay. We would stay there again if we ever came back to Scottsdale.
