  • A spacious 4-bedroom home right on the golf course in Mesa`s Golden Hills neighborhood. Two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and a queen sofa bed sleep 10. Built for golf getaways, family reunions and spring training trips, with fairway views from the patio.

    THE SPACE
    Bedrooms: two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and a queen sofa bed in the living area, with extra pillows, blankets and room-darkening shades.

    Living and dining: open living areas with a smart TV, games and board games, plus a separate dining room that seats the whole group.

    Kitchen: a fully stocked kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, coffee maker and cooking basics for big family meals.

    Outdoors: an open patio overlooking the fairway, a backyard and an outdoor grill, a great spot for sunrise coffee and sunset tee-time recaps.

    Family and work: a pack `n play for little ones, a home office with desk chair, washer and dryer, and free parking.

    LOCATION
    Golden Hills is a quiet east Mesa neighborhood with golf at your back door. Mesa`s spring training ballparks, Usery Mountain hiking, the Salt River and San Tan Village shopping are all an easy drive.

    - Self check-in from 4 pm; checkout at 11 am
    - 2 bathrooms for up to 10 guests
    - Dogs welcome on request (max 2) with a $100 pet fee

    Maximum 10 guests; no parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 pm–7 am, as this is a residential golf community. No smoking anywhere on the property.

    Pets: Dogs are welcome on request, up to 2, with a $100 pet fee per stay. Please keep pets off beds and furniture, never leave them unattended in the home, and pick up after them.

    Please don`t walk onto the golf course. Check-in is 4 pm and checkout is 11 am. Before you leave, gather used towels in the tub, take out the trash, turn off lights and lock up.

Very Happy with my stay, had to come into town and stay longer than planned for a family members health issues and was beyond happy at how close this is to the banner hospital and everything else I needed. House was cute, clean and comfortable. Would stay again! Would recommend to others. Thanks again!
