Beautiful property Gorgeous, private, well landscaped yard Comfortably furnished Very spacious for a groupThere are several indoor and outdoor gathering areas. Everything is nicely furnished and very comfy beds. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future and would highly recommend to groups that want to be together, but also have some privacy.

Great family accomodations

Five stars for this property. We are a family of three adult sisters traveling with our girls and mother for a ladies trip to Arizona. This place was perfect. Lots of room to spread out, nice outdoor living area and a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome house for groups

The house is beautiful and perfect for large groups (we were a group of 12)! We especially loved the backyard and pool. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood that was a good location for us - 20 min ride to downtown Scottsdale (no issue with getting Ubers to the house) and close to many hiking trails. The house was very clean and updated, and Margie was a communicative and accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Experience

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the outdoor patio and spacious kitchen. Both entertained and accommodated very well. We were all comfortable in bedrooms and living rooms. We are already planning another stay at the property. Thanks for a great experience.

Paradise in Scottsdale

Incredible property. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The team from Bella Palazzo was nothing short of incredible. They were there for every need and question we had during our stay, Cheers to that group. Highly recommend

Bach Fun

We used this property for our friend's bachelorette party and it was perfect! We loved the pool and there was so much space for everyone to spread out or be together. Its a little out of the way from the night life but the ubers/lyfts made it hardly noticeable. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette party weekend and it was absolutely perfect! Our only complaint was the room my sister-in-law and I happened to stay in (first king bedroom with bath to the left when you walk in) was the hottest by 20 and didn’t seem to get much airflow but every other room seemed to be a comfortable temperature.The house was perfect - kitchen had everything we needed, pool was spotless & so refreshing, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, property was large and private. It was exactly what we hoped for and more!

Great Stay

The property was beautiful. The house was clean with TVs in all rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Backyard was awesome with putting green and room to play bags which was all supplied. Online listed 4 bathrooms and 4 showers but really has 5 bathrooms and only 3 showers which was a little inconvenient since we had 10 people staying. Great quiet neighborhood. Walking path in the back yard was great for us to walk around without going on the street. Beautiful Home!

Even better than advertised

I stayed at this property for a friend’s bachelorette party and we were beyond impressed with the home. It was even better (bigger, nicer) than the photos show. The bedroom setup was great and the pool/backyard area was beautiful (no need for heating it in May). The neighborhood was nice and safe, and it was easy to communicate with the property managers throughout the weekend for anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Great Property, Wonderful Time!

We (6 of us) had a great time at this location. We were out on Spring Break, escaping the cold of Colorado for a week. Close to stores, venues. House was great, pool might need heat - speak to property manager, there are costs to heat it. Plenty of room to hang out and relax! Thank you for the opportunity!

a great house for extended family or friends

The house was perfect for 3 couples and one single- loved the putting green and corn hole in the back yard! The upper oven was fine but I could not understand the lower oven which gave time options but not temperature- and for Thanksgiving we needed both! Beds were comfy- just the floors needed better cleaning.

Christmas getaway

Home was wonderful. Neighborhood was nice and safe. Property manager was easy to get in touch with any time of day/night. Only suggestion is to heat pool same temp as evening time to allow kids to swim during the day also. Only day the pool was warm enough was the last day.

Great experience overall

Very nice site that exceeded our expectations. Responsive host/team. Had an issue with the pool first evening and they sent a repair person out early the next day and fixed it. Relaxing outdoor yard with much time spent in pool or putting green.

Amazing Home for Family Vacation

We celebrated my 60th birthday here. There were nine of us and everyone loved the house. It was even better than we expected. Everything was in great condition. It’s a beautiful, spacious home. We had a great time relaxing outside and spending time in the amazing pool. The beds were very comfortable and everything at the home worked. Really appreciate having such a fantastic home for my birthday and every step of the way the process was easy. Will never forget it!!

Wonderful Paradise Home

We had the best time at this beautiful spacious home! Loved the amazing huge backyard with shaded patio and comfortable seating .Great pool, putting green and cute trail. Kids loved it! Loved the two separate family rooms. Lovely neighborhood to take walks. Management was quick to address things, however there were things like a can opener and cheese grater missing from the kitchen we could have used. The listing also showed 5 bathrooms but the home is actually three bathrooms and two 1/2 baths Hated to leave and we would definitely love to come back and rent this home again!
