ACCOMMODATIONS:
★Bedroom:
Sleep soundly on a firm queen-size memory foam mattress. The bedroom also includes a wall mounted flat screen 43" 4k Smart TV on a swivel, USB charging stations with 3 USB ports and 3 outlets on each side of bed, and a spacious walk-in closet.
★Kitchen:
The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances and is equipped to cook a gourmet meal or just a TV dinner! Refrigerator, oven with glass cooktop, microwave, toaster, and Keurig with a large selection of beverages are all available. The kitchen also includes creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Please note that the complex does not allow garbage disposals, so please throw away your food scraps!
★Living Room:
Relax on the comfortable sofa (queen bed sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress) and love seat (single sleeper sofa) in the living room while enjoying the large 55" 4k TV. Cable TV with Showtime, and an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa services round out the entertainment options. Open the balcony doors to bring the outside in and enjoy the wide open space.
★Bathroom:
The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soaps, hair dryer, Q-Tips, makeup removers, and bath linens. Extra linens are found in the hall closet.
★Balcony:
The private balcony is a perfect setting for meals or just relaxing after a fun filled day exploring the Scottsdale area. Electric shade on the patio closes for ultimate privacy.
★Complex:
The complex includes a large heated pool. A ping pong table is located in the pool area. The laundry room is located on the same level as the condo, just down the catwalk. The clubhouse contains a cardio room and sauna downstairs, and some weights and a pool table with stereo upstairs. The backside of the clubhouse features the spa and a beautiful sitting area. The closest grills are located just east of the pool area.
ADDITIONAL:
★Keypad entry allows check-in at any time after 4PM (24 hour check-in).
★Digital Guest Welcome Book with instructions, HOA rules and regulations, tips, and owner's recommendations.
★Beach/pool towels and a cooler are provided for a relaxing day at the pool.
★Bed linens include pillows, sheets, comforter, and blankets.
★Bath linens include bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup remover cloths and pool/beach towels.
★Consumables include starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, soap, trash bags, laundry pods, dryer sheets, and dishwasher pods. Additional consumables can be purchased at the Fry's Grocery Store, located a short 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk away.

The complex uses a central heating/cooling system that can only operate in one mode at a time. Heat is on during the colder months (the air conditioning changes over to heat around the end of October to the beginning of November) and air conditioning is on during the warmer months (the heat changes over to air conditioning anywhere from the beginning of February to the beginning of March depending on the weather). We provide a portable AC unit in the condo at all times in the event that we experience an unusually warm day while the heat is still on.
