This home is beautiful, spacious and well appointed. Right on the golf course makes for beautiful, serene views. Elite Vacation Rentals was easy to work with. I highly recommend this rental.

Great house!

We fully enjoyed our stay! House is clean, organized, has all the essentials, great golf course view from the backyard and plenty of space to entertain! Would stay here again and recommend to family or friends.

Cottonwood Hole 1

Great location, TVs were great in every room and FUBO streaming. Beds were very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer, looking forward to coming back in the spring.

An Oasis

Staying in this house made our family's gathering perfect. The big, open spaces made it possible for everyone to get together comfortably. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook and eat together. The huge garage gave ample space to park our rental van. The vast expanse of windows let in tons of natural light adding an extra layer of comfort. Because we all live in different parts of the US, getting together physically isn't always easy. Have this house as our gathering spot, however, made doing so perfect.

Beautiful property and stay

Smooth checkin as we were checking in late. Stayed for a week, it was amazing. Sat on the patio every morning overlooking the golf course. House had everything, we were wearing out so did not really pay attention to the kitchen amenities however we had tea/ coffee every morning so found that was in order. The only draw back was the machinery on the golf course wakes you up throughout the night, doing there rounds or mowing the grass at 4 am. Checkout is 11.00 am. Our flight was leaving at 9 pm and we’d asked checkout an hour to two late but management would not budge. Anyways, had a great time at this beautiful property, will definitely be back.

House on the golf course

Teh home was spacious and well furnished. It is at the very south edge of Phoenix metro but convenient to main highways for access anywhere in SW area.

Great Spot

The location was great as the home sits on hole number one on the Cottonwood golf course. Only a couple of blocks away from the club house as well as the fitness center. Home was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great Place

With two 'Master Bedrooms,' it's easy for Grandpa and Grandma to have 'the kids' (50 yrs old) stay with their kids. We (G'ma & G'pa) had our daughter and three kids (20, 18, & 12) stay with us. Plenty of room, GREAT patio, good connections with rental property management. We were fortunate to be within 4 miles of our other 'kids' home where we were attending a graduation. This is a very nice property, well maintained and monitored. Enjoy!

Clean and well provisioned. Great location. The single bed was not comfortable for adult. Issues with golf cart, but host refunded the added cost. Not the hosts fault, but was disappointed that there was a 250 cost to be able enjoy the amenities of the restaurants and golf courses.

Great Location

This home was very clean and backing onto the golf course was a plus. The only negative I can give is kitchen equipment such as bowls, casserole dishes and baking supplies were minimal. I’m a cook so it may not bother people who don’t!

Loved our stay in Sun Lakes!

We were in town for a wedding, our family loved the rental in Sun Lakes. The home was pristine, peaceful, beautiful and perfect. We sat on the back patio day and night, enjoyed the golf course and lake views, birds, rabbits, sunsets. An extra bonus was the clubhouse, walkable distance from house to pool, fitness center and restaurants. We absolutely recommend this home and will stay again! Pretty comfy

Considering at the very last moment we were told our condo reservation was canceled and we either could cancel our plans or change to this property. Thankfully at the “very last moment” property became available to substitute. The 5:00 am grounds keeper's on the golf course noises allowed us to get up to see the sunrises. Good thing we are morning people! We truly did enjoy the beautiful walking paths around the sun lakes park and homes. The house was very nice

late reservation

I made a reservation just a few days before my visit. I then extended it one day. Then I showed up a day early having erased Thursday that week. The lady at Elite was very accommodating and let me add a day which was very helpful. The house was in excellent condition and had everything needed. I do recommend having a few condiments for cooking. Cottonwood is located great for us and we had stayed there before. Being ungated is helpful. We were on some fairway with an excellent view. Overall, the stay was great while waiting for our furniture to arrive.
