Celebrated Thanksgiving with our large family and easily fit all of us. Pool was amazing to have and recommend upgrading for pool heat during winter months. Definitely worth it. Clean, well taken care of and nice neighborhood. We walked every night to downtown Old Scottsdale. Close to many hiking trails.

Great place and location

I stayed here with my daughter and her friends for their senior spring break trip. Great location and set up for a group. Host was very responsive and helpful for all questions.

Great location, great house

If you have a large group, this is the spot. We fit 10 large men in this house for a weekend and it checked all the boxes. it was 108 outside and the pool was still cold which was great after a hot round of golf. I'll definitely be checking this place out again for large groups.

Exactly as described

The home is in a quiet area, close to old town with easy access to shops and restaurants. We had an issue with one sink but they were very responsive. Some little thinks such as having some coffee or coffee filters for use would have been nice, but not expected. Plenary of Space for our group and it worked great for our short stay.

We had a great stay in Scottsdale through GoodNight! The home we rented was in a great location and we walked to Old Town Scottsdale every day. We also enjoyed the Art Festival in Tempe and a nice hike on the Gateway Trail. The house was missing wine glasses and GoodNight came out the next day to restock - we were impressed with their quick response! Thank you for a great girls getaway!

Pool wasn't working

The home was nice. Location was great. The pool was broken and a communication with the host was quite poor in regards to the pool. The pool was a big reason for getting that specific rental. It was very disappointing that it was not working and the host didn't seem to do much about anything to fix it.

This was the perfect home for our first visit to Scottsdale. Great location close to the entertainment district. We had a large group and there were plenty of towels, pillows, etc for everyone to be comfortable.

Fantastic Location, Fantastic House!

From check-in to check-out, was a great property overall - no issues getting into the property, the space was great and accommodated 12 adults well. Had some issues with the TV, but it didn't matter because we were out by the pool or walking around Scottsdale the majority of the time! Would definitely rent here again!

Our stay was okay overall, but a few issues made it less enjoyable. The bathroom door had a very loose hinge, which was inconvenient every time we used it. We were told it couldn’t be repaired until after our departure.I also paid for the pool to be heated to 86F, but it was only set to 83F. Unfortunately, I won’t be receiving a refund since the issue wasn’t addressed during the stay, even though it didn’t meet what was agreed upon.While the property itself was decent, the lack of attention to these details was disappointing.

Nice area, but the house is not newly remodeled .

There was mold in the master bathroom shower, bugs coming up through the shower drain in one of the other bathroom. It was not at all like the picture!! I would not recommend this place at all.

Short weekend fun made easy

While the fees added on top of the nightly rate nearly doubled the anticipated cost which had me surly from the start, it was quickly eased upon arrival (and having enough people staying to spread the pocketbook pain). The property was well appointed and was perfect for our needs, a bunch of old college friends having a fantasy football draft weekend. It had plenty of beds and towels, was clean, and the pool and grill were put to good use. Only a couple small complaints we had were it was HOT and the thermostat was locked by passcode, there were no plastic cups in the kitchen which we figured there would be for pool time, and the master bedroom stayed hot all night. However, management was attentive to the temp issue, we managed the cup thing, and the master bedroom thing was not a problem in the end. The concierge was courteous and we enjoyed the location of the property most of all. It was 5 minutes to old town, which in 110 degree heat was nice. Great stay!

Decent house. Needed a little maintenance.

The house itself was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was decent enough. We needed a heated pool with a shallow end for entertaining 4 toddlers. We paid for heat but the pool was 58 degrees. The management company tried to help but their pool guy couldn’t get a heater for several days. There was also broken glass in the “grass”-not a good thing with toddlers. The management company offered to come by and clean up but we ended up moving to another house.

Great Weekend in Old Town

This place was perfect for our bachelor party group. Slept 5 extremely comfortably and could have fit 10 more at least. Everything was clean and nice. House is 3 minutes from old town so right in the middle of everything and made it very easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again and had a great time.

Nice property

The furnishings in this property were very nice but the beds were very poorly made and they did not seem very clean. The rooms did not stay very cold but the space was nice & if the homes cleanliness was better we would consider staying again

Cute house. Needs some repair.

The house was cute! However the price was outrageous after all the fees! There was broken glass under the barstools and near the yellow couch. The kitchen table only had 5 chairs not 6. The outside table was so unsteady we did not even attempt to use it for fear that it would break on us. The pictures for the property showed an umbrella for shade and mentioned yard games didn't see any of that. We went to Walmart and bought a couple umbrellas so we had shade. The front bedroom room had no window coverings it was so hot with the morning sun coming in, and the fan remote batteries we're dead. The bedroom off the kitchen wouldn't lock. The ceiling fans in the back two bedrooms were sending morse code all night so didn't sleep to good even after trying both rooms. A personal package for I guess the owner was delivered to the property while we were there. But the communication with management company was difficult so I am assuming that hopefully the HIGHLY price cleaning fee for the cleaning crew that didn't even sweep the floor under the bar stools and near couch would let the owners know of their package.
