Absolutely Fantastic!

My family of 6 stayed here for a November retreat and enjoyed the heated pool, amazing location, and beautiful home with all the amenities. We've rented several times from Elite Vacation Rentals and they deliver every time! They are my go to for AZ vacation rentals!

Wedding gathering

This property was perfect for our family members to gather and spend time while in the area for a family members wedding. There are spaces large enough for everyone to be together and spaces for smaller groups. It was very clean and and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Plenty of seating and dishes for large family. Beautiful neighborhood and backyard. Owners checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We had a lovely time!

Best VRBO ever!!

We recently brought our family to Arizona for spring break and stayed at the Lynx house. What a treat!! There was plenty of space for 2 large families, quiet backyard/pool, in a gated community and even hosted a BBQ with other friends that were also in town that week! Could not recommend this place enough!!

Extended family vacation in Chandler

The property was wonderful and our family had a great time! We paid to heat the pool and the grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub and spent hours there!My only complaint is on the check-in and pool operation instructions. The web site for check in was very poorly put together and hard to follow. Included in there was the instructions for operating the pool and hot tub. We spent an hour struggling through the pool instructions before we figured it out.Once we figured it out, it was actually easy to operate.

All the comforts of home and more!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location was excellent... very close to stores, restaurants and everything you would want. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore more of the area especially the golf courses. The neighborhood was very quiet, clean and perfect for our daily walks. The home was very spacious with comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a gorgeous backyard oasis. There was plenty of room for us to relax and watch football, play games and spend time together. We really enjoyed the hot tub, pool and outdoor grill. The kitchen was well equipped too. I would highly recommend this beautiful home! 10 stars!

Wedding Reunion

Our family and friends spent four days together at the Chandler house. We loved it because it brought our family and friends together for a wedding and we all were able to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. Great weekend!

I have rented homes every year in the Phoenix area and this by far was the best home and value. Great for kids of all ages. Everything you need to cook or grill. The outdoor space was fantastic with pool, tv, games, and pool accessories. The gather spot in the lower level was ideal for teens. Plenty of towels and washer and dryer. I will be renting this house again. Close to shopping and activities like the Hamilton aquatic center. 2 adults, 8 kids tons of room.

4 couples and 5 kids (aged 6 and younger) just had the best spring break. House is very spacious, back yard with grill, fire pit, outdoor TV and, of course, the pool were great all day and into the evening. Walked to Blue Heron park almost every day. Property managers were very responsive. Highly recommended.

very comfortable, however some issues not addressed by previous renters

excellent property once able to get in, problems getting door unlocked however, very comfortable, very clean. very quiet Garbage wasn't taken out, both garbage cans overflowing and still 20 bags of garbage on ground, water dripping in downstairs toilet, oven very noisy when on, water in pool turned off without our knowledge and something wrong with pump I still rate this house as very good place to spend the week.
