Location, location, location!

We were walking distance from a ton of great, shops and dining. Great little attached gym on property. This was perfect for my husband and I.

Perfect location

We had such a wonderful stay at this property. It is in the perfect spot in the middle of old town Scottsdale in the middle of everything. The condo had everything you would need while on vacation. They made it extremely easy to find the condo and to enter into the building. They were also readily available for questions throughout the stay. We can’t wait to come visit again and hopefully stay in the same property. We highly recommend.!!!

Great spot

We really liked this cute little condo. Great location too. Initially, there was a little trouble with the door not locking from the outside but the manager directed us to a lock box outside, to retrieve an actual key. Our only other complaint would be the trash pickup in the early morning hours (dumpster just below our bedroom window). We would still stay here again. Clean and updated.

Great Location & Stay

We flew in from MN for family weekend up at NAU and decided to stay a few days in Old Town! This studio was the perfect location to bars, boutiques, and restaurants. Everything was very walkable to the VRBO. This studio was very clean and beautiful. Communication with Ric and Jen was super easy, and always timely. This is a great place to stay if you need a place to stay while in Old Town Scottsdale. My only caveat with the description was that it listed parking, however, its street parking, and the washer/dryer is shared in the hallway with other tenant's. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ric and Jen!
