This beautiful 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe, peaceful neighborhood. Thoughtfully styled with tropical decor, it delivers that instant “vacation vibe” the moment you walk in.

Step outside and discover your own private resort: a spacious backyard with a sparkling pool, relaxing spa, cozy fire pit, and built-in BBQ. Surrounded by swaying palm trees, fruit trees, and one of the largest, rarest cacti you’ve ever seen—this space is made for both fun and relaxation.

We’ve got you covered with a variety of board games, yard games, and a few fun pool floaties! There are also lawn chairs for relaxing by the pool.

If you have a question about what’s available, feel free to ask — chances are we already have it, so you might be able to pack less!

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and even a juicer for fresh fruit picked right from the backyard trees. We also provide regular and decaf coffee, creamer, basic cooking staples (like spices and oils), plus laundry and dish soap — no need to stock up unless you’d like to!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was beautiful and very clean. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We only wish it was a bit warmed during our stay so we could’ve used the pool even more.

Ashley is an amazing host. The place was so comfortable, with the living spaces and sleeping spaces perfectly secluded and done up. The pool area is a dream. The nine of us just truly had the best time ever.

This rental was great! Clean and easy to get to, also had all the amenities that you would want to see when you travel, the pool was great and the outside kitchen was also nice. Quiet neiborhood for you to enjoy that morning cup of coffee. We would stay here again next time were in the area with no questions.

A true Gem of a House Host!

I can’t say enough great things about Ashley & her home! The amount of consideration that she puts into the homes accommodations and your booking is far above top of the line treatment. Beautiful home with everything we needed!

The pool, hot tub, outdoor cooking area and lounge spaces were lovely. There was plenty of space to hang out indoors and outdoors. The beds were very comfy and all the extra amenities such as shampoos, conditioners and other toiletries were a nice touch. It was the perfect relaxing vacay! We would definitely stay again. Fantastic Home away from home!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay during our Spring Training Getaway. The house was clean, well stocked, and gave us plenty of room to spread out. All beds were extremely comfortable and the "little touches" were greatly appreciated. We took advantage of the incredible outdoor area including the heated pool, hot tub and games. The house was in a perfect location with easy access to everything. We will be back!

Great location and superb hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay so very much we are already planning a return trip next year. The location was absolutely perfect with easy access to the 101, yet still in a quiet and quaint neighborhood, on the end of a cul-de-sac. The house and property has so much to offer both inside and out. The heated pool, with palapa to relax under was great for thr daytime, and the spa hot tub was perfect for chilly evenings. Ashley (the host) is a delight and made sure we were right at home. I give this house a 10 out of 10!

This property is amazing! The large yard and pool was enjoyed. Many “extras” were provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. For example bottled water, coffee, and other items were enjoyed. Ashley was awesome to work with and made our stay enjoyable. When we had questions, it was easy to reach her and get them resolved. There were plenty of beach towels and k-pods. She even left us a little basket of snacks for our arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and made it easy for us to make breakfast or other meals. The pool was nice and warm, which helped because the weather in Phoenix can be a bit cool. We will definitely book again when we need to stay in this area. Thanks Ashley!

Great host

We needed to be in very early on our first day and ended up booking the day before so we could make that happen. Ashley, was very responsive and helpful. Property was just as expected. Pool and hot tub were clean as was the rest of the property. A lot of little extras on the property to be used by the guests. Thank you, Ashley! You made our trip so much easier for our quick stay.
