「No beach view, and the beach is far from the hotel. There are many mosquitoes, the private pool lacks a filtration system and is not clean. The homestay only has a metal gate, and the front door cannot be locked—security is only provided by guards outside the compound. No sea view, no gym, not close to the beach, and no free shuttle service. The only advantages are the well-designed interior facilities and the host's willingness to communicate.

「Here what I didn’t like as follows:
The room I received did not match the room description on Expedia.
* The front desk said they only received a reservation for two king beds, even though your Expedia confirmation showed two king beds, two twin beds, and a sofa for the two rooms.
* The staff argued with me instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally.
* Although they eventually provided another room, it wasn’t the room category i paid for because it lacked the balcony and beach view i...

「**Great views, but the facilities need work!**
The property is clean, modern and family-friendly, with spectacular ocean views and fireworks every night. Unfortunately, the management and facilities let the experience down.
Check-in took an hour, and don't expect to get your room before 2 pm. Luggage is left in a common room, so keep your valuables with you.
Our room had no TV, fridge, freezer or microwave, despite the inconvenience of a longer stay. The Wi-Fi kept dropping out, and our power...

「Nice 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, comfortable and with views of the sea. Slight smell of damp, but that was throughout the whole tower, not just the room.
