the staff was friendly but I booked this hotel thinking that breakfast was a buffet. in reality out of 4 days of booking only on the last day I was able to use the breakfast buffet. on the other days I was only served a sandwich and an orange juice without even a coffee. in the photos the hotel shows a buffet making it appear that breakfast is served with a buffet service but this is not true. It is not correct to make people book by making them believe something for what it is not. The structure should be more explicit and honest with customers about the services it actually provides to customers during the booking phase.

Helt ok hotell

Helt ok hotell med trevlig personal. Mysigt poolområde. Städningen var ojämn, lite slarvigt. Rena sängar och nya handdukar varje dag. Vi gillade inte frukosten som var en underlig blandning av sallad, varm mat och sött toastbröd. Vi är nöjda med läget, 15 min gångväg till strand, nära till supermarket.
