Hotel’s overall condition is good. Room is clean; staff’s service is quick, after call from the room, there would always be service delivered to the room pretty quickly. The only problem is the WiFi, almost none existent.

The room, staff and pool were fabulous. The pool opening hour should extended. All the pool is 1.2m so no safety issues .

Overall okay, but to expensive....
To high priced for what we get, booked a Premium Double room with Balcony, outdoor pool great, room and bath size nice but no hangers or place for luggage, dress etc.. Light in shower did not work, but they fixed it, Water in the sink did almost not go we had to ask every day for small towels.. We could hear everything from other rooms, elevator etc. So hotel is okay but to expensive....

Staff was great and the hotel pool was nice. The room was very spacious but we did have a roach crawling around we had to kill. That was a bit of a concern but otherwise no other issues with insects. Only stayed one night and it was fine. Easily walkable to restaurants close by and safe neighborhood.

Hotel with swimming pool 10 mins walk to Old Town
Swimming pool a bit weird: close to reception and the street and very shallow. Never-the-less can swim 20 meters so if that important to you its great to have. Rooms large, very clean, nice bathrooms. Nice balconies and views over the town and distant view of the sea. 10 minutes walk from all the cafes and restaurants of Old Town Phuket. I like the off street covered parking also.
