The property is located in the heart of Patong with Bangla Road at just 2 min walk. It’s a beach resort so very convenient to access beach..the view while having breakfast is lovely ! The rooms are very modern and clean with all amenities one could ask for. Perfect place to stay if you want comfort, the beach and still be close to nightlife !

Four day holiday

Had a wonderful stay. From initial check in to departure, all of the staff could not have been nicer. Excellent service by room, pool and breakfast staff. Beach is adjacent to pool and grounds are well kept. Had dinner one night basically on the beach. Food and service excellent. Not to mention the bonus of dinning in view of beach. Overall I highly recommend hotel.

Amazing experience! Would definitely repeat and recommend. Spacious modern and clean room. Free drinks and snacks. And the best beach club in patong. Only thing is that they don't have an elevator so beware.

What I liked - Excellent location on Patong beach, right next to Bangla road. - The rooms are very good. What I didn't like - It can be very, very noisy at night. I had a room facing the road, and you could hear tuk tuks blaring music, people revving their loud scooters, and people yelling on the street all night, until the sun came up.

Nice hotel ...but bring Ear Plugs...!

I stayed at Kudo 21-25th Feb, 2024. It's a nice hotel in a great spot, right by the beach. The reception staff are friendly and the rooms clean and well organised. The hotel is on one of the main roads so at night it is very, very noisy. Traffic and music is constant. Service is very good throughout the hotel except in the Pool bar. There is a lovely bar in the Pool, however service here is terrible. There are never any staff working despite customers sitting at the bar?!? Bring your ear plugs and you'll have a great stay!

Great but similar alternatives

Stayed for new year as part of our honeymoon. Check in staff fantastic and remained helpful throughout our stay. Own frustration was our jacuzzi wasn’t working when we checked in and took a day to repair. I feel this should be checked before someone checks in. Breakfast was nice and could be enjoyed in the room if you wish. Beds around the pool had a minimum spend which could be pricey and on New Year’s Eve the pool closed at 4. This was my 4th visit to patong and I would say this is a good base but there are also similar standard hotels for half the price one street up.

Loved the proximity to the beach, the rooms were fantastic. They were spacious, clean and with all of the amenities. The front desk, housekeeping, security and bartenders at the club were wonderful and had great customer service skills. My only comment is that I found that the service at the restaurant and bars from the servers was lacking. It was challenging to get the attention of the servers to order more drinks as they didn't come by to check up if we needed anything. Even when we'd try to flag them down they were usually running past us or looking down at the ground so we'd have to get up and go up to them. Otherwise, we had a very great stay.

Serious lack of integrity

Had a great time, but ended on a really bad note. I had to leave early and my girlfriend would check out later. When I left this morning, I signed for the bill we accrued from restaurant and bar service. Several hours later, my girlfriend called me upset because they charged her for everything when I was supposed to pay for this trip. They told her that because I booked through Expedia that they couldn't charge my card on file for the bill (allegedly, for whatever reason) and then completely MADE UP an entire story about how I tried to call her phone and that I eventually just said "it's okay, she can pay for it when she wakes up." This was a lie told by the staff, I'm assuming to get her to pay because I already left. Embarrassed, she paid the bill and called me after. Not only do I have plenty of money for the bill, and different cards to use if one wouldn't work, but I would NEVER blindside someone into paying a massive bill that they weren't expecting to. I understand they just want their money, which I'm happy to pay, because it's what I owe. But I am not happy to pay back an upset girlfriend who had nothing to do with their mistake. They should have taken this up with me or with the booking agency, not lie about how I expect someone else to pay. For that, I give them 1 star, because one thing I expect from any hotel of any level is integrity, and clearly this place is lacking.

The hotel is nice enough and staff are very friendly. However, the hotel does not have a spa as advertised and the fitness centre air conditioning does not work and therefore unuseable. Additionally, the shower did have substantial mould and the water pressure/temperature was constantly fluctating. The central location in Patong is great, but you wont get a wink of sleep until 4 am due the noise of the town. It really needs triple glazing. The food/drink options is also really good, but I think this place doesnt really understand what its market is. You cant be "upper class" and have sheesha and weed smoking everyone else out of the place. It doesn't go hand in hand.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Despite being in an area with many tourist attractions, noise doesn't penetrate into the room. The pool water is a very pleasant temperature. The hotel has an excellent security. For me the AC, bathroom and bed were maximum.

Hot water was an issue, also when booking a suite they should include a day bed by the pool instead of the up charge. Other than that great location, great staff will go again and hope I don’t get more cold showers.

This area was perfect for visiting Parong beach,bangla road area. If you want to be close to the night life, partying and action this is it. If you're looking for quiet so not stay there. The staff was wonderful and the rooms super clean and spacious.

VERY LOUD NO STAIRS PUNGENT PERFUME EVERYWHERE

If you're trying to have a quiet stay. This one has club music til midnight. Even with slider closed music is Loud. Also no elevators. If you have allergies the entire hotel has candles that smell so strong i had a astma atrack. I booked this hotel to get away from kids and to my surprise. The music was worse than being around kids. The hotel charged my card than took me to the room and said " the music is on til midnight youre ok with that?" After she charged my card. Now no refunds but there was no way i can stay in room with music that loud. Climb 3 flights of stairs. Have an astma attack and die very very dissatisfied.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The view is breathtaking. But I will reiterate what I’ve already read in the reviews. They do not own the pool area and beach area. So if you plan to get a good nights sleep, don’t count on it. Middle East music playing almost till one in the morning. The same beat all day and all night. Getting chairs at the beach was very easy and relatively expensive. Phenomenal location. The only thing that would keep us from coming back was the noise at night
