「The Loews is always a wonderful place to stay! From the high quality decor to luxury amenities, it's always at the top of our choices to stay in Philadelphia. Check in took especially long as there were only 2 attendants at the reservations desk and a very long line of guests. People were trying to be patient but it seemed like management didn't care how they were taxing their staff at the most important part of their guest's stay, the beginning.
