“Amazing team, the restaurants were exceptional as well as the breakfast with so many options and the rooms and attention was the best we ever had. They clean our room every two hours amazing service. Every activity you want to do on the lake they organized for you and they are very professional and communicative. “The room was a disaster; worn down bed, bathroom dirty, mold in the shower, etc … The girl at the reception was friendly and took the time to explain the neighborhood. But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible.”

“I had an amazing experience at Al Molo 5. The breakfast with a beautiful lake view was truly unforgettable, and the hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I recommend coming by car, as there isn’t much within walking distance, but the on-site restaurant is excellent — great food, very romantic atmosphere, and the whole area is quiet and peaceful. Overall, a wonderful place to relax. Highly recommended!”

“There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant……
