“All of the staff at the Hotel Smeraldo were friendly. The Filipino housekeeping lady, that was always keeping the lobby area clean, was so sweet & kind. She always greeted us & made us feel welcomed. Their morning breakfast was delicious--we especially enjoyed the cappuccino & maritozzo! The hotel's location was excellent, we walked to nearly every venue, Colosseum, Vatican, Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Borghese Gallery & Villa, Doria Pamphilj gallery, Travestere &……

“Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins……
