“The room is big, clean and well-equipped. The tiny garden just outside breakfast area is beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast is simple but fresh. Staff are nice and helpful on giving information and advice, e.g. Elena is hard-working and problem-solving. Manuela cooks for guests' breakfast. Paolo drove me to the train station when he saw my big luggage and knew that my backbond suffered from pain. A fare la differenza sono state le proprietarie: due persone di una gentilezza d'altri tempi, incredibilmente accoglienti e davvero disponibili ad andare incontro a ogni nostra minima esigenza con il sorriso. “We booked a three night stay. On day 1 my wife had a terrible fall in Lucca requiring ten stitches and she lost both of her front teeth. We stayed overnight in the emergency room with no sleep arriving back at the B and B at 8am. I asked to be upgraded to a more comfortable room we paid a large upgrade fee. We asked if we could sleep until noon before we changed rooms. We were told no problem. We set the alarm at 11:45 and vacated the small room at noon moved into the upgraded room and slept……

“This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Lucca, 10 minutes from the station, although a little climb to get through the city walls. The continental breakfast was welcome, although a little strange that you had to approach the staff for a coffee or hot water rather than the other way round.”

“This hotel was a a good hotel to stand in Luca. It’s a little off the beaten path, but not a far walk from town. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. The hotel definitely has thinner walls so there’s a lot of noise. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa with our three teenagers. After the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence, we were looking for a few quiet, relaxing days, and this was exactly what we needed. We loved slowing down, lounging by the pool, and enjoying the peaceful pace. The two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of five, with two gorgeous bedrooms, a spacious living area, and excellent air conditioning. “The apartment is newly remodeled and in good condition. The bed is comfortable and the location was also very good. The low rating os 100% due to the poor communication. We received a message via Expedia asking us to check in online - with no link. They provided a WhatsApp number, which we texted and received no reply. We called and they helped us over the phone, but zero communication via WhatsApp, email it Expedia. Finally they emailed the check in info and when we arrived the front door……
