“personale molto disponibile e cordiale. per il parcheggio ci sono principalmente due opzioni, o quello gratuito dietro alla struttura (se si ha fortuna di trovare il parcheggio) o pagando 12 euro (suppongo al giorno anche se non ho chiesto essendo che ho pernottato solo una notte) c’è il parcheggio del hotel molto comodo e anche con posti all’ombra. la camera era molto grande e pulita (matrimoniale superior vista lago) le uniche sue problematiche che ho riscontrato sono stati l’asciuga capelli……

“Ottimo hotel in Valsassina, a soli 15 minuti dal Lago di Como, ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il lago, sia per fare cammminate in montagna, ristorante con cucina locale , piatti ottimi e abbondanti anche la pizza buonissima. Colazione discreta trovi sia dolce che salato. Hotel ben tenuto camere pulite.”

“Our one night stay at the hotel was easily our favorite night of our two week trip. The room was absolutely stunning, everything was clean and every little detail of the room lay out, the dinner menu at the hotel restaurant, and the staff met every expectation and beyond. We had trouble getting a taxi to and from the hotel because we happened to be there on May 1st, and the staff at the front desk spent a lot of time and effort calling taxis for us so we didn’t miss our flight back home. “The place is in a perfect location and needs good hands for some repairs, cleaning and maintenance - e.g., a broken door glass, leftover plates and cups in the dining room. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend to stay there”

“Sehr freundlicher Empfang, schönes grosses sauberes Zimmer in einem ausgesprochenem ruhigen Ambiente mit tollem Blick auf den See, sehr leckeres reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr schade, dass das hoteleigene Restaurant noch geschlossen hatte, was leider auf der Webseite nicht angegezeigt wurde.Die Anfahrt zum Hotel führt durch eine sehr enge Gasse, etwas herausfordernd für grössere PKWs, sollte unbedingt berücksichtigt werden.”

“When we first checked in they told is there was no parking available (they have only a couple of spots on the property). We started walking to our room, we went through a lovely hallway and then ended in a sad part of the hotel where the drop ceiling got really sad. Despite the hotel not being packed they put us in a gross room at the back of the hotel above the kitchen that smelled like food and had no AC. We went back and asked for AC. He low key shamed us saying that no one has ever asked for……
