While on the first floor you can experience a beautiful traditional-style room with a fireplace, ideal for your gatherings, upstairs you will find the classic living areas with kitchen, dining and living room.



Relax by the beautiful outdoor pool, ideal for a refreshing dip on summer days and evenings, or unwind on one of the terraces with your favorite book. Take advantage of the outdoor brick barbecue, which is ideal for preparing your favorite dishes.



The area is ideal for nature walks and an active vacation. During your stay, be sure to visit the nearby medieval towns of Pican and Gracisce and taste local specialties and wines in local restaurants and farms. We also recommend a visit to the old town of Labin and the tourist town of Rabac, from where you can take one of the boat trips in summer.
