“Very nice hotel for our specific needs during our 1 night stay in late Dec 2025. Spacious and clean room for three people. Decor gives you a sense of Albania with dominant wood design as well as modern features. Reception was more of a host than a staff member as he accompanies you to your room to make sure that everything is in order and if you have any questions. He is welcoming, friendly, humble, and extremely hard working. Not a buffet style breakfast but an individual plate with more……

“Hotel is a out of town (walkable distance) however while some may see is as negative I see it as a bonus. Hotel comes with private beach, sunbeams included in the price, seaview rooms. Hotel restaurant is absolutely outstanding. It had everything we needed for nice relaxing holidays.”

“Un cauchemar. Isolé à 35 minutes de toute civilisation après un dédale de routes défoncées à 900m d’altitude Personnel agressif nous traitant de voleur car ne savent pas vérifier qu’une réservation est prépayée et nous demande un règlement indu. Violence pour tenter de nous mettre dehors de la chambre après le dîner . Viande avariée au restaurant. Ne prenne ni la carte bancaire ni les virements… Chambre relativement propre mais un lieu pour sûr à fuir! Ma pire expérience de voyageur……

“The room was stunning, loved the sea view from our balcony. Breakfast was amazing and there was a wide variety of food choices. The staff made our experience even better! They were very helpful, attentive and friendly. We did stay at San Angelo during April- the low season- so the bar and restaurants were sadly not open yet. The spa also was not availabile yet, but we were able to use the sauna and jacuzzi- which was lovely. Overall having stayed in the low season, the hotel was very quiet……

“We were so impressed with this establishment! The woman at the desk was incredibly helpful, even helping us figure out how to make space for everything in our room. We paid for the laundry service and got it back the next morning, all folded and neat for us. She also let us park out front and keep our parking place several hours after we had checked out so that we could tour the Gjirokaster castle. This was invaluable as driving and parking in Gjirokaster is harrowing. Breakfast was included……
