“We had a wonderful holiday as a family of three in the holiday home.It was beautifully furnished and well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the immediate surroundings were lovely—with a farm, many hiking trails, and charming towns nearby.The neighbors were very friendly and gave us great tips for day trips.We went on many excursions to the coast and to the surrounding towns.The house is quite remote when it comes to supermarkets, and some of the roads are very steep, which takes a bit……

“Lighthouse was absolutely perfect for a group pf x 3 friends to enjoy time together. What`s not to like about sea views, coastal walking and glorious sunshine ? Internally the lighthouse is tastefully themed all things "sea", comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Fabulous.”

“My friend, I & great nephew 13yrs enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this property. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated though the white furniture could do with a lick of paint. Having both a bath & a shower was great. Kitchen was well equipped , clean & a welcome pack was left for us. However the kitchen itself could do with being modernised . “The cottage is stunning and the location is perfect for what we needed. The separate chalet with one of the double rooms was useful for this as it meant my parents didn't have to manage lots of stairs.Its a 20 minute walk outside of Whitby (mostly downhill after a sharp uphill, remember that on the way back!) and that walk is very picturesque with some great views across the countryside.Currently the narrow lane alongside the cottage is closed to vehicles, which if anything is a good thing as……

“This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. “Nice and easy check in ...the lady on reception was very helpful and friendly...the room was a large apartment and very clean and a high standard enough tea and coffee for your stay ... fresh cakes on arrival and a small bottle of milk ....swimming pool was nice...small but very child friendly....
They were upgrading the bar so couldn't use that which aasnt a problem

“The apartment was very well fitted out, the staff were lovely very helpful, it is a little far from town and took us a while to find the local supermarket, maybe some instructions on how to work the job and parking was an issue, we went out for the day and had to park quite a walk away, but on the whole we loved it and were very comfortable 😊”
