"The property is nice, but you should absolutely have you water on hand. You have to pay for everything, including ice. Nice hotel, staff is friendly, but if you are hungry late in the evening, only option is room service. So, I would say if you are out during the day buy snacks and water, no ice machine, and no mustard. Otherwise, beautiful place, great location!"

"I was asked before I left. What was my feedback of the property and I literally could not provide any negative feedback. I think the staff was extremely helpful. We traveled by Uber to Baru and the concierge was mindful to take a picture of the license, get the driver’s number and was attentive every step of the way. The grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I did not care for my dinner, however, everything else was a plus. I would recommend going out for dinner."

They sent me an email saying that they had gotten a toaster and when I returned from Bolivia, there was a toaster.!!! the staff is excellent here and they listen to people‘s issues. Everyone was very helpful. It’s a great location because it’s 10 minutes from the airport.."

"This was my second time staying here, and overall I had a great experience again. I booked a king ocean view room and it was absolutely beautiful the view was amazing. The pool area was beautiful as well, and the hotel overall has a great atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable. Coming from someone in the cleaning business, I did notice that a deeper cleaning here and there could help in some areas, but nothing major enough to affect my stay. Breakfast was good, but I’d love to see a few more options for guests who don’t eat pork. The staff was excellent friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. My only issue was with dinner service at the restaurant by the pool. Unfortunately, we were never served, and we ended up leaving to find food at a local restaurant instead. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay here again."
