“Kundenservice war schrecklich. Ich kam an der Unterkunft an und das Zimmer welches ich gebucht habe war von jemand anderes besetzt. Keiner hat mich Bescheid gegeben. Somit bin ich gegangen und habe das Geld zurückverlangt. Sie wollten es mir nicht geben. Am Telefon waren die sehr unfreundlich und somit bin ich ins Büro gefahren und habe ein Aufstand gemacht. Ich kann garnichts von allem weiterempfehlen. ”

“Overall, the stay was okay. The furnishings, such as the sofa and bed, are somewhat outdated and dirty with stains. The location is exceptionally good; you can get everywhere in the city center on foot and don't need public transportation. However, due to its central location, the apartment is very noisy, making sleep possible only with earplugs. Unfortunately, you can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms in the apartment itself.”

1. Keine Informationen zur Ankunft / Schlüsselübergabe:
Bei der Ankunft erhielten wir keinerlei Hinweise, wo oder wie wir den Schlüssel erhalten. Erst nach einem Telefonat bekamen wir den Zugangscode – allerdings nie schriftlich, obwohl wir mehrfach per WhatsApp und E-Mail darum gebeten haben.
2. Kein heißes Wasser & Ignorierte Kontaktversuche (2 Tage):
Zwei Tage lang stand uns kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung. Unsere……
