"The room was large and very comfortable. Electricity in the room was intermittent for the plug ins and the television remote didn't turn the TV off. The pool is great and I love how the hot tub is a private area above the larger pool area. Thought only the jets at the floor turned on and not the top. The staff could use some practice in smiling. "

"Only shower in the rooms, no bathtubs. The bed had two top sheets on it instead of a fitted sheet so every night I woke up with the bottom sheet all crinkled up underneath me. "

"Clean room the only down fall was the AC was not working right through out the hotel. Been told by other guess. "

"I paid online and drove all the way there from out of state, to find out that they had given my room away FOR THE SECOND TIME and I had to wait almost a week for the refund. I’ve booked here twice and each time I’ve arrived with nowhere to stay. "

"On the 3rd floor elevator did not work we booked our hotel on your website for nonsmoking that did not happen. I was told first come first served which I’ve never heard of I really need a refund I have spine issues had to walk up 3 flights of stairs my daughter has asthma in a room that was pouring out smoke may I add the whole 3rd floor is a smoking floor! Let not forget the wrestling team that stayed above us I had to complain on 6 times just stumping and wrestling all not worse experience! Thanks to the front desk guy who did let me get a late check out which was a reasonable price."

"Breakfast was very well done and delicious. Staff was helpful and courteous. Air worked fine. Bathroom and floor were clean but room should be wiped down better…table top, tv area, nightstand, etc. Shower head and microwave were dirty. Sometimes, bed frame made a strange sound with slight movements. "
