Best vacation spot

Great property but even better hosts! A quaint town and kind people make this the perfext spot for our small family. Fishing was wonderful and the hosts made sure our littles were right at home. We will absolutely be back again!

1st timers on the Bayou

The property was very clean and well organized. Had everything we needed. Area was really nice with property right on the Bayou. Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Easter trip

We were in the area for a short trip so we had a very short time in the unit but it was great. The porch overlooking the river was where I spent most of my time! Very quiet area conveniently located close to a gas station!

Beautiful place, amazing town!

My wife and I absolutely LOVED our stay here in Pierre Part!!! The property was beautiful! Great location right on the water with amazing outdoor space. We spent a lot of time on the deck looking for wildlife and admiring the natural beauty. Even caught a catfish right off the deck! The house was very well appointed and the cleanest rental we've ever stayed at. We loved the beautiful wooden counter tops in the kitchen and all the decor (especially the cute raccoon pillow). Paul was an awesome host! Hurricane Francine was coming into town and he stopped by with flashlights and made sure we knew what to expect. He went above and beyond and we really appreciated that. The town itself was awesome! Make sure you stop by the Pierre Part Store and check out their deli section and local items. Everything we tried was top notch! Had the best fried catfish of my life at Landry's! All in all, it was an amazing trip and we can't wait to come back! We will definitely be booking this property again SOON!

We had a grand time visiting the area! WE always go to the Rougaroux Festival in Houma, but this was the first time to stay in Pierre Part, and I can say it was GREAT!This rental is perfect because of the store/deli across the street, and on the water, and near the Pierre Part Store which has everything you might need and more!If possible, we will be back again and again.

Nice getaway from home.

The house was very cleaned and decorated nicely. Our favorite time was, hearing the crickets and bull frogs at night singing, it was like we never left our home, so peaceful.

Weekend getaway

The property was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. 15 minutes from the field of our softball tournament. Close to the Pierre Part store. Plenty room outside to set up our cornhole boards.

Loved our time at Bayou Getaway. Beautiful vac rental. The pics do not do it Justice. Well stocked. The hosts were very nice and responsive to whatever we needed, above and beyond. Close to nearby Lake Verret if you enjoy fishing. Highly recommend this place.

Paradise

This is a new rental property and the owners Paul and Dana were the best that my wife and I have ever encountered when renting with VRBO!! They made the check-in process extremely easy. Being a new property everything was new and beautiful. Dana was the one to put everything together and Paul was the one who made sure that we had everything necessary for our stay to be all that we expected it to be. Being new VRBO renters they were unaware of some of the things that were necessary for a great stay. My wife and I are now proud to say Paul and Dana are now our friends. Both of them were very glad to hear what we had to say about recommendations for additions to the items necessary for a great stay. Paul and Dana will undoubtedly take what we had to say and make the necessary changes! My wife and I went there for a weekend of fishing and we were not disappointed. We caught several nice catfish! If you are looking for the perfect place to take the family for a getaway, then this is the place. All being said, I think that this is the best place that we have ever stayed!! Take my recommendation and visit Paul and Dana, you won't regret it.
