「Very disappointed, when we arrived from a 9 hour drive from Georgia just to find out there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked . We were not in Louisiana on vacation we were there because my husband sister was killed by a train and we were there for her funeral. So not having a room made it worse.」

「The stay was great The only problem we had was the storm that threw out the elevators and the hot water. Thank goodness we were only on the 2nd floor. The first night was not good but they got it working the second night. The staff was were nice. The breakfast was a delight. And the room was comfortable.」
