Perfect location with a dream view

We stayed for a week with 4 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. We loved the location, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, even Florence were easy to reach. The house is very spacious and nice, but the terrace with the view all the way to the ocean is the best! I watched every sunrise and sunset there and it made the whole holiday! The hostess is lovely, my Italian is very bad so I couldn’t tell her how nice everything was.

Wunderbar! Die Lage ist unbezahlbar. Wir haben unvergessliche Tage und Abende auf der riesigen Terasse verbracht und den großartigen Ausblick genossen. Das Haus selber ist ebenfalls geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Traumblick!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit abgeschlossenem hundetauglichem Garten. Stilvoll eingerichtet und ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen und einen großen Hund. Allerdings ist eine Mauer sehr niedrig und es besteht die Gefahr, dass neugierige Hunde darüber springen und tief fallen könnten.Die Anfahrt ist teilweise sehr steil und bei Begegnungsverkehr ausweichen schwierig.Sehr nette Vermieterin, die nebenan wohnt und für alle Fragen und Probleme jederzeit erreichbar ist. Wir würden hier ein weiteres Mal herkommen!

Ferien mit der Familie

Das Rustico ist geräumig und ideal für eine Familie. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich (sehr steil, schmal und kurvig). Dafür ist die Aussicht grandios! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und sie hat uns herzlich empfangen. Einen Abzug gibt es für das Hundegebell in der Nacht.

Mooier dan de foto's

Wij waren aangenaam verrast dat de woning nog fraaier was dan verwacht. Vooral het terras is schitterend. Het huis klassiek Italiaans. Degelijk, goede bedden. Vriendelijk ontvangst van buurvrouw Emilia. Enkel wifi kan wat beter.

Etwas ganz Besonderes

Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der riesigen, zum größten Teil schattigen Terrasse hat man einen grandiosen Blick über die umliegenden Hügel bis zum Meer. Die Gastgeber haben uns herzlich empfangen und waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wundervolle rustikale Villa

Wir waren im April hier. Die Villa bietet ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Zu unserer Reisegruppe gehörten zudem noch zwei Hunde. Für Hunde die gern springen ist die niedrige Mauer eher ungeeignet. Unsere haben sich genau wie wir Zweibeiner sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und wirklich rustikal eingerichtet. Sowas mögen wir sehr. Die Vermieterin Emilia ist unglaublich nett und wohnt gleich nebenan. Trotzdem ist man ungestört. Etwas italienische Sprachkenntnisse wären von Vorteil gewesen, funktioniert aber auch ohne. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf den Terrassen ist wahnsinnig toll. Nur die Anfahrt ist wirklich sehr steil und eng. Da braucht man etwas Übung. Wir können dieses Objekt klar weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für eine wundervolle und erholsame Zeit.

Gepflegtes Haus mit wundervoller Aussicht

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Pietrasanta. Das Haus hat sehr viel Platz, es war alles sehr ordentlich, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gerade wer nach dem Trubel die Ruhe sucht sehr entspannend. Unsere Kinder (4, 6 und 9 Jahre alt) haben sich über den Besuch der beiden Katzen von Emilia immer sehr gefreut. Abends war es einfach nur traumhaft auf der Terrasse den Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer bei einem Gläschen Wein zu genießen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir können das schöne Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Emilia wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!!! Viele Grüße Angela & Alex mit Kids

Traumhafter Ausblick

Das Haus befindet sich in traumhafter Lage mit einer riesigen Terrasse, von der man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer hat. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto bedarf etwas Übung, da es steile und enge Straßen sind.

Fantastisch!

Tolle Lage mit fantastischem Blick von der Terrasse bis zum Meer. Ein leichter Wind sorgte für etwas Abkühlung. Das Haus ist riesig und wirklich vollständig ausgestattet, es gibt sogar genug Geschirr für mindestens vier Personen. Emilia hat uns herzlichen begrüßt und war bei Fragen sofort da, man sollte aber etwas Italienisch sprechen. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub!

Belle propriété

Excellent séjour

Séjour au calme en pleine nature excellent. Merci tout d'abord à Roberto (gérant immobilier) pour les nombreuses échanges d'informations lors de la réservation et lors de la préparation du voyage. Un grand merci également à Emilia pour l'accueil. Au niveau du gîte, tout était aboslument parfait (propretté, emplacement, vue magnifique, espace, ...).

Toller Blick und schönes Haus

Die Lage am Hang und der damit verbundene Ausblick sind einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist sehr solide und funktional, Wasser fließt, Heizung wärmt, Betten okay. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher einfach, also kein Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Tablett o.ä. Und keinerlei Vorräte, etwas Toilettenpapier bei Ankunft wäre aber praktisch. Ebenso wären Sitzkissen und Auflagen für die Gartenstühle und Liegen schön gewesen. Der Kontakt zur nebenan wohnenden Vermieterin (sehr angenehm zurückhaltend, Kommunikation ausschließlich auf Italienisch) war sehr freundlich und die Schlussabrechnung ohne Probleme.

Sehr schönes Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wirkt in natura schöner, als auf den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist (bis auf Kaffeemaschine und Toaster) gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan, ist aber wirklich sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Italienisch Kenntnisse wären für die Konversation von Vorteil gewesen. W-LAN und Netzabdeckung ließen zu wünschen übrig, wenn das für einen relevant ist. Nochmal zu erwähnen ist der fantastische Ausblick über die Orte Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta und Lido di Camaiore bis zum Meer. Selbst im Dunkeln der Wahnsinn. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße an Emiliana - die frischen Tomaten und Feigen waren lecker :)

Wunderschöner Ort zum Erholen

Die Terasse mit dem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer werden wir nie vergessen. Das Haus ist prima und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.
