I had a great staying at Hotel Santo Stefano. The staff is absolutely wonderful; I travelled by public transport and they came to pick me up and take me back to the bus stop. The rooms are very spacious and confortable. The hotel has got a restaurant which is very handy when you have spent a day at the Archive and you are too tired to go out. Thumbs up for Hotel Santo Stefano!
Great wifi, delicious dinner, Luca and the breakfast lady in the morning were great.
Staff were generally really lovely but quite busy.
The room was large with a king size bed.
Shower was strange with half glass half curtain but served its purpose.
With a kettle in the room we could make a tea which was also great.
Buon albergo, posizione eccellente, camera pulita e confortevole (eravamo 3 in una quadrupla),receptionist gentile, ristorante ottimo, colazione completa.

Great little family hotel. Don’t expect too much for breakfast but the coffee is good. Evening meal with wine was very reasonably priced with a bottle of local red only €8. Definitely stay again

Liked: Cleanliness
Sort of in the middle of nowhere, which is a GOOD thing. Sound carried VERY easily between the adjacent rooms. Good soundproofing from outside noise though. The restaurant was BUSY. Some sort of Festa in town, with fireworks et all... Plenty of parking space... WiFi somewhat sketchy at times...
