The property is run down, nothing like the pictures online. The 1st room didnt have a security lock on the inside, door barley stayed shut and looked to have been kicked in. Bathroom was awful and the toilet paper holder was broken and rhere was used tampon/pads in the garbage. Got moved to a second room, and again, the security lock was broken. The dead bolt didn't even work. The table was about to fall over it. Looked like they had literal crap, smeared along the baseboards, and uh, uh, the bathroom also had issues. Here is only two pictures of the rooms, but they were so gross, we could not stay in them

Linda listen, I honestly don’t even know how this hotel is allowed to stay open, it has to violate some several different types of health code violations. This property looks NOTHING like the pictures. I couldn’t believe how run down the entire property actually was. The pool? Try cesspool, absolutely disgusting looking and I couldn’t believe people were swimming in it. My room was completely wrecked, along with trash piled in several areas. The beds had clearly not been cleaned from the last who stayed there as they were not even made. There was holes in the wall, and mold growing all across the baseboards. There were also several roaches crawling across the floor. I literally walked in and walked out before deciding that my family wouldn’t be safe for many reasons at this location. When I asked about it at the front desk, the attendant almost acted like I was lying but when I asked if they would like to go look together, they said no. They did refund my deposit immediately as I asked but since I rented the room through Expedia, I was told to contact them. I asked about management and they said they only had access via email?? That’s not odd or anything. The whole entire property is shaddyyyyyy. PASS ON THIS ONE BRO.

I liked that it was super cheap, but I didn't like how bad the room was. There was a hole in our bathroom door, the toilet was always loud, the tub dripped all day and all night. The worst part was the room took forever to cool off and you could see in and out of the room through a large crack in the main door. Definitely felt a little unsafe sometimes.

The only thing that was good was it was walking distance to some rides and mini golf, but the room was awful though. The wall had a hole in it and the paint wasn't done. The room didn't have wash cloths like it did with towels and that the door going into the bathroom was a little hard to shut and the door going into the room you would have to push it and hold it to lock it.it was room 103

I would like to say Expedia needs to visit this property before they get sued for false advertising. The picture is they show on their website must be when the place was originally built. The pool which they show has the red paint peeling. Hardly any lights were lit, bulbs burnt out. The grounds look like they haven't been kept up in years, tall grass, looked junky. They advertise a breakfast but there wasn't one. The breakfast room looked like a junk room of all items left at the place. The staff was okay, the one gentleman looked stoned both days I seen him. The rooms need attention. Towel racks missing on the wall, the smoke detector was missing. The door has a 1/2" gap between it and the floor. The battery operated lock was missing the back. I would t stay here again, had already paid so stayed the 2 nights, wasn't there but to shower and sleep anyway. I also won't use Expedia again because they don't take pride in who their advertising for.

I have stayed in many Travel Lodge properties over the years, and I have never had a worse experience. The first room was missing a television and phone. The second room had both amenities, but the safety handle in the shower was not connected to the wall. I informed the staff about the safety hazard and mentioned the algae bloom that was clearly visible in the poor. I will never stay at this property in the future.

Overall experience at this place was a freaking joke. First room i was put in the shower knob was broken, toilet was over flowing when we walked in. Went told them about it. Changed rooms, the second room they put us in, the bathtub floor was broken and cracked, the beds literally had only sheets. Went and told them about it. Told me “sorry there’s nothing i can do for you” “all beds come with what they get” i physically seen the laundry room, where they had sheets and blankets folded and washed. The Wifi never worked. The room had a broken tv. told me they could not put me in a different room. housekeeping never came to our room / knocked on the door any of the days we stayed. was just purely disgusted with this place. in all reality -10/10 stars i do not recommend staying here what so ever. this place is an absolute dumpster fire

It was close to shops and the island, good walking distance. Otherwise it was bad, there were cockroaches in our room, half were previously killed and stuck to the wall. There was lice on the bed, dirty floors, couldnt take a shower because of the bugs in there. The pool was cloudy and had hair in it. Would not recommend this place at all. We've stayed down the street before for $20 more and it was 100x better.

Terrible experience at this hotel. The location was great, right down the street from The Island. That's where the good ended. Checking in, someone asked for a toilet paper spring thing since it was missing in their room and they said they don't have any. When I went in our room, the back side of door handle came off and was loose all stay. The light on the wall was broken and door lock wasn't great. Property looked like I was in Tijuana. Very dirty and outdated. Doesn't look like anything has been updated or painted in 30 years. Gross hotel and I would avoid at all costs. The $80 room was cheap and too good to be true. AVOID this nasty hotel.

I got what I paid for … the window was broken and taped, it reeked of cologne. He chair was shredded. No remote no wash cloths. The closet was wired up with some sort of speaker wire. Yeah it was to what it was pictured and I expected more from a Wyndham property. The second room was just as bad. But they had a remote and a broken tv. Smelled like mold. It was 2 am and we needed to sleep and it wasn’t refundable.

The people working were very rude, overcharged my card and didn't care. Roaches, dirty. Pool was green. People smoking every not in designated areas. No manager on site.. owner can't be reached. Was told no one cares that works there they are there for a paycheck.

It's wasn't what we expected the bathroom no shower curtains, the bed was uncomfortable and sheets wasn't clean couldn't get no towels the next day people hanging there underwear on the rails we didn't feel safe doors didn't lock from the inside,room was not clean.. don't recommend staying here

We drove in very late, got to our room and saw bedbugs crawling on the walls, the tv stand was pulled out in the middle of the floor and the mattress was hanging halfway on the bed. Went to the front desk to tell the receptionist and he stated “sir we’re aware of the problem and I’ll continue to tell my manager”.
