Thanksgiving Getaway

This place was nice for our family of 5. We enjoyed the heated pool. They had a fully stocked kitchen so I was able to make a Thanksgiving meal rather than going out. The only downfall, if necessary, is it was almost impossible to turn right onto the strip. We always went around the block and did a uturn.

Location is great. This unit has a few issues. Had to contact hostess to send over cleaning crew. A/C struggled and would not cool lower than 74 degrees. Shower door did not close properly. Sofa bed was not usable. Condo is spacious though.

Seriously beautiful condo and property. The view from the balcony is the best! Perfect morning coffee spot as the sun rises on the opposite side of condo and beautiful sunsets over the mountains! The air conditioner worked great! It took a few hours to cool down at first, but once it did, it stayed cool. It could use ceiling fans. If you're like me and like to sleep with a fan, bring one with you! The check in and check out processes were super easy. Unpacking and packing up were easy as there were plenty bellhop carts on the first floor by the elevator, which is big enough for us five and the cart with room to spare. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was some hair in the tub. Not a lot, but it was enough that we clearly saw it as soon as we walked in the bathroom. Everything else was clean, though there was a slight musty smell, possibly from the air conditioner being set so high when there are no guests. The biggest problem was that the washing machine drum is broken, and the load has to be balanced perfectly for it to spin. The sign on the washer said not to put any more than 5 towels in at a time. I could only get a max of 3, having to stop it several times each wash to reposition the towels. With a family of 5, it took up a lot of time that we could have been doing something else. Hopefully, that minor problem will be fixed soon because it is a great place. Without this being a factor, I would have given 5 stars for Overall Stay.

Beautiful condo. The decor was lovely. Beds was very comfortable. The only thing that wasnt so great was the wi-fi...but didnt bother us too much as if gave more time to spend with each other.

Location is great. Right off the strip. Had a few issues when we first checked in, but property manager responded quickly and took care of it. Indoor pool was one of the main reasons I picked this property and it worked out great. The free daily ticket program is super easy to use and I was very happy with it. Adds to the already great value of the place. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall nice. Hardly enough parking spaces during high tourist times. Also the condo itself needed upgrades. The fireplace didn’t work, the TVs were old and had so many remotes that they were complicated to use, and the smoke detectors started going off in the middle of our visit because they are all going bad. Overall it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and use again if upgrades are done.

Overall the property was as stated. Had a problem with TV and a trip hazard with a rug. Although the problems were addressed both problems should have been addressed prior to our check in. I feel that all property managers should check on properties after each guest leaves as housekeeping probably won’t report problems.

Terrible condition. There were bugs in the condo everywhere. TV wasn’t working. Couldn’t get hold of anyone for any help. Elevator wasn’t working. We had to carry luggage from 4th floor. Shower drains were very slow. Shower head in the bathroom were horrible.

The condo complex is right on the strip of Pigeon Forge but tucked away enough to enjoy the views of the Mountains and get away from traffic. The indoor pool is nice for cooler days. My boys enjoyed the basketball court but the rim of the hoop was bent.The into

This condo has a great view for enjoying the Smoky Mountains and is only about 15 minutes to the Dollywood attractions. There are multiple excellent restaurants within walking distance, as well as many other activities. We really enjoyed our stay!

Dishwasher was full of dishes and I ran it. I should not have to clean and put away somebody else's dishes as soon as I arrive. Only provided 3 bath towels for a 2BR/2 Bath condo. Coffee pot was emptied but not clean, coffee residue in pot. Kitchen counters were sticky and obviously not wiped down. They are dark granite, so they looked fine but were all crusty feeling. I sent a text about this but got no response from the property manager. Double bed is super uncomfortable. Bath/shower combo faucet is loose and leaks. No bath rugs and tile floors in bathrooms are extremely slippery when wet. Large rugs in dining and living room edges curl up and we tripped over them several times.

Quick business trip

The property is close to all attractions. However, you can hear street traffic from the bedroom. The space of the condo is adequate. For our preference, the bed mattresses were too soft and caved inward. I would make a suggestion to get blackout curtains for the bedrooms. Overall, the condo is as described in the listing.

Family Visit

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Pigeon Forge visiting our grandkids. The condo was roomy and the kids enjoyed the pool and playground. Tracy the manager was fantastic, responded quickly with answers and assistance as needed. Will definitely stay here again
