Seriously beautiful condo and property. The view from the balcony is the best! Perfect morning coffee spot as the sun rises on the opposite side of condo and beautiful sunsets over the mountains!
The air conditioner worked great! It took a few hours to cool down at first, but once it did, it stayed cool. It could use ceiling fans. If you're like me and like to sleep with a fan, bring one with you!
The check in and check out processes were super easy. Unpacking and packing up were easy as there were plenty bellhop carts on the first floor by the elevator, which is big enough for us five and the cart with room to spare.
I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was some hair in the tub. Not a lot, but it was enough that we clearly saw it as soon as we walked in the bathroom. Everything else was clean, though there was a slight musty smell, possibly from the air conditioner being set so high when there are no guests.
The biggest problem was that the washing machine drum is broken, and the load has to be balanced perfectly for it to spin. The sign on the washer said not to put any more than 5 towels in at a time. I could only get a max of 3, having to stop it several times each wash to reposition the towels. With a family of 5, it took up a lot of time that we could have been doing something else. Hopefully, that minor problem will be fixed soon because it is a great place. Without this being a factor, I would have given 5 stars for Overall Stay.
