Host didn’t care we were very unhappy with things not working that were advertised.

Was told that we would receive a code the day before to get in. I had to find a phone number and call 15 minutes past checkin for a code. It took a few minutes for them to be able to give it to me. The living room television was broken when we got there. We didn’t have a living room television for 24 hours. I had told them the television wasn’t working and the arcade game in the upstairs game room. They came to check the television and returned hours later with a new one. Never even checked the game. There were also a few jets not working in the hot tub. Do not recommend!!!!
