i’m not one to leave reviews but this place was really dirty. the floors needed cleaned BAD. the beds were gross feeling and the chair had rips and if you left a damp towel on it, it left a nasty stain. the bathroom shower curtain was filthy had what looked like blood on it. our rooms were not cleaned the whole time we were there. it’s next to a racing track so good luck getting any sleep. the pool was decent but needed to be cleaned because of dead insects. also never got my refund where we had to check out two days early.

Feel safe in that area. My Fur Kid goes with me and we need a safe walking area. I travel with a dog crate that my girl sleeps in. Office personnel usually try to help with a close to parking room. Helps so much with carrying items into the room. I stay here when I set up at Fall and Thanksgiving arts and crafts shows. Again they understand about moving in all my supplies and try to give me a close to parking room. Hotel is convenient to area in town where my events are. Can take side streets and have learned how to avoid the traffic on the parkway. Lots of improvements have been done and most were needed. Helped with the atmosphere and facilities of the hotel. Always quiet. Trolley stop almost in front of hotel. Sometimes parking is a challenge but the hotel isn't so big that a spot can't be found. And can usually see your vehicle. Won't stay anywhere else if I can help it.

Stayed in room 305 . No bugs fairly clean but very outdated . It was 80 degrees in the room when we checked in the air conditioner was off and it took at least 3 hours to get the room cooled to a bearable temperature. The outside side of the hotel we were on was very noisy due to it being beside the go cart track. In the room there was no hair dryer the tissue box holder was missing the front with no tissues . We had a double room the bathroom only had 3 towels despite it being a 4 person room. There was also mold on the shower head and on the knob. The hot and cold on the shower was also backwards . Also where the toilet paper holder was it looked like they did patch work and left it unpainted with a booger on it . Also in the room near the ac there was a hole in the floor .
