Lovely and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Golf Vista Condos has views of both the Gatlinburg Golf Course and the Great Smoky Mountain peaks. Nestled right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, this conveniently located condo is right cross from the Gatlinburg Golf Course and less than a half a mile from the main parkway. Easily access both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg within minutes. This condo is spacious and clean with an open floor plan. Large, open kitchen with tons of counter space and room to entertain. Bar area seats 3-4 guests, and table in dining area will seat up to 8.

Brand new bed in Master bedroom. New sleeper sofa couch and sleeper sofa chair are located in the living room area. The new sleeper sofa couch has an innovative memory foam mattress topper that is super plush and very comfortable! The master bedroom has it's own private jacuzzi tub and French doors that lead to the spacious balcony. This private balcony has awesome views for both day and night. During the day, view the majestic mountain peaks of the Smoky Mountains and the golf course. At night, see the city lights and the fireworks from Dollywood.

This pristine 2 bedroom/2 bath golf getaway is located in the Golf Vista community directly on the Gatlinburg Golf Course. Dollywood is just minutes away, and you can even enjoy the fireworks from the private balcony!

Awesome location!

Just far enough outside the main area of pigeon forge but close enough that it is just a short drive. The condo had everything we needed as far as the kitchen so we could cook instead of going out. Plenty of towels and very clean! Awesome place to stay!

This location is close enough to the action, but far enough away that you can relax. This is an older property that was as advertised. We had a minor issue that was handled quickly by the host. Great value and a great location. We would stay here again.

Perfect little get away

Property was very clean and well taken care of. It worked out perfectly for my wife, son, son’s girlfriend and I. Was convenient to town, entertainment, and restaurant. Even though we did not do any cooking the kitchen seemed to be well stocked and appliances were very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Weekend getaway

Overall wonderful stay! Amazing location & great host. Super easy check in process as well! Will definitely stay here again. I have to say, the only downfall is no swimming pool. But we found an awesome indoor water park in Gatlinburg if anyone is staying here and wants to find a place to swim! 💜

Thanksgiving in the Smokys

We had a really great time! The condo was very nice and clean and had plenty of room for all of us. I will say though, we couldn’t find any wash clothes for bathing so we had to go to dollar general to get some. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Thanksgiving weekend

Overall the place is as presented in the pictures. The listing states new mattress in the master bedroom but I would beg to disagree. The king mattress was very uncomfortable from extended use. Also the road noise at night is extremely loud in the master bedroom. A white noise machine would be recommended. Otherwise it was in a great location.

Somewhat Frustrated

Property was in a great location and easy to access. The only problem we had was no internet or television for the entire 5 nights we stayed. I made contact with our host the first night to make sure she was aware but nothing was fone to correct the issue. We also only had a family of 5 with knly 5 wash clothes. We had to wash every night. I thought there would be enough to at least make it two nights.

Great, but frustrated with communication.

I loved the property location being so close to everything. It was clean and well kept. My frustration is with the lack of WiFi and lack of communication from the company. There was no internet which makes it hard to make reservations, buy tickets, or watch a movie with kids after a long day. I had to keep reaching out to the company to ask if it was ever going to be fixed. They mostly didn’t respond and it was never fixed.

Nice but a couple of issues

The condo was very nice. Very clean and nice. The issues were that we used the washer and put clothes then in the dryer and it would not work. So, we then had wet clothes and no place to dry them. Also, the food disposal did not work. Once again, we did not find that out until food had been placed in the drain. It was the weekend and so no one could deal with these issues while we were there. Other than that I would recommend.

Wonderful property in a great location for a bargain price

Because of the reasonable price, we were somewhat skeptical of what the condo would be like in reality. It turned out to be a very nice condo beautifully decorated in a Smoky Mountain and golf theme. The kitchen was very well equipped with new appliances and cookware and utensils as well as dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. There was more than ample bedding, towels, washcloths, dish washing supplies, etc. The washer and dryer were brand new and served us well. There were four adults and three young children and we were all very comfortable. The location was very convenient for Dollywood, golf, and other attractions. If we ever return to the area again, we will be sure to book this property again. An added unexpected plus was the checkout email that said no cleaning of the condo was required before our departure. Although we did try to leave the condo in a respectable condition, it was nice to know we didn’t have to mop, vacuum, and scour before leaving.

RICE CAR WEEK

the actual inside of the property was rather nice. Outside the building is in much need of cleaning and upkeep. Very disappointed there was no working dryer. We had no towels after the initial use of them since we could only wash and hang to dry. Very unhandy with needing to wash and dry clothes for my 2 small children. I read a few reviews and it looks like this has been a recent unaddressed problem. Just purchase a dryer and install so you aren’t misrepresenting the amenities available. Loudness is the only other complaint we really had. Everything else was good for us.

I had a lot of trouble getting checked in. I never received information on this before my trip and the cell reception was spotty so I couldn't access vrbo app or texts msgs most of the day. The phone number given for host worked half the times I tried it. The other times it said it wasn't in service. When we finally get checked in, there is only one roll of toilet paper but two bathrooms. There was soap in only one of the bathrooms, a small bar. There is very limited parking. Overall the place is nice & spaceous. But after a long day of traveling and the stress of not being able to check in, I have mixed feelings of this rental. I won't be back.

Condo was close to everything that we wanted to do. Very clean, we didn't cook anything while we were there, but kitchen looked well stocked if you want to. We were only there for a short time and we got take out from Pigeon Forge Deli two days w/left overs for dinner, we eat there when we visit every time, locally owned and operated w/friendly staff. Will stay there again for sure!
