Great location. Dunkin donuts is feet from the compplex entrance, location is central to everything. Condo is easy to find just 4-5 steps from the elevator. Condo is well furnished with nice furniture that is of great quality. Mattresses sleep great

Spacious with a feel of home, so clean also! Both restrooms were well-stocked with essential items and kitchen had a great assortment of dishes and cooking items we needed to prepare meals…the k-cup and coffee pot were both awesome! Little touches here and there show that the owners have put thought and care into making stay comfortable and enjoyable for guests. Thank you!!!

Overall everything was great but we did have a few minor issues. The condo is exactly as pictured and is located right off the parkway next to all the attractions. The host was great and super responsive. The day we arrived the elevator wasn’t working and the condo is on the 6th floor. We had to carry all our luggage up six flights of stairs. Just something to be aware of. The condo is also next to the elevator so you hear it every time it does move. It wasn’t super loud but it was noticeable. The floors also really needed to be mopped.On the plus side, we really enjoyed the balcony. It overlooks the gravity park so we watched people zorbing down the hill. We also got to see nightly fireworks from Dollywood and the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the Mile. It was also surprisingly quiet for being close to so many attractions.

Already coming back

Loved condo, recliners are the best because i have to sleep in them and they actually stay in place. Had a little communication problem trying to get a hold of the host, but problem was solved and all was good. We have also stayed in their 2 bedroom condo here and it was nice also. Already booked to come back in November to the 1 bedroom with Vickie. Will definitely keep using the sisters and recommend to anyone!

Wonderful Vacation!

First time booking through VRBO and this property owner...great experience overall! Beautiful accommodations within close proximity to many attractions, dining options, and the Smokey Mountain National Park. The owner was prompt with communicating and assured we had a well stocked, clean and comfortable condo to call home while on vacation. Looking forward to booking future visits at this location!

Great Condo

The condo was very comfortable and clean! It had a nice Mountain View especially after the snow! The only problem was with the elevator which was not working when we arrived. A repairman was able to get it working in a short time. It again was not working the morning we left and I had to lug our belongings down six flights of steps making several trips!
