Jacuzzi , dryer, microwave, fireplaces, Light bulbs in 3706 & 3707 had problems. Needs fixing

Several items did not work in 3706, 3707. Hinge on microwave one broken, jacuzzi did not work, burnt holes in bed ruffle, and fireplace did not work ,all in 3706. 3707 dryer vent unhooked moisture on in closet and on hall walls if using, fire place did not work, combination did not work. We just came in and out 3706.

Needs a makeover and a good cleaning

We loved the location of the property, along with the pool and playground. We knew this property wasn’t new, however, we expected it to be cleaner. There were cobwebs around the ceiling, the furniture and comforters need to be replaced (they were stained or just filthy). I felt the need to sanitize the bathtubs, counters, tables, etc., before we used them. The pots, pans, knives (which were either broken or so dull they wouldn’t cut thru toast) needed replaced. The fans and top of the fridge were covered with dust, not to mention that we needed to replace about 8 lightbulbs, that were either missing or burned out! We had to go around and straighten the pictures and lampshades thru the entire penthouse. When paying the amount of money we did, we expected to come to a place that was in much better shape. I hope these issues can be resolved for the next guests so they can enjoy the property, without having to do the extra work to make it livable.

Nice overall with a few complaints.

Beautiful unit but not well cleaned/maintained. One of our televisions wouldn’t come on. There was food on the floor in the living room. We used the sleeper sofa and one of them had a dirty sheet on it. We had two toddlers and the bottoms of their feet were black after they walked on the floor. A few of the lamps had nonworking bulbs and one of the phones wasn’t working. I tried calling the desk on numerous occasions with no answer. The unit itself was spacious and suited our needs very well. The property had a nice pool and hot tub and was close to amenities. I just wish it had been cleaned thoroughly prior to arrival.

Wedding weekend

We came for a long weekend and to attend my daughter’s wedding. The condos were nice and clean. The only problem we had was one side, the side with 3 bedrooms , AC went out for close to 24 hrs. I call mgmt Friday morning ( temp was 83 inside) and let them know that it had gone out the night before. TheY sent someone up to check it and we were told it wouldn’t be fixed til after 4 pm. Meanwhile we ( including bride)had to get ready for the wedding on one side since the other side was then 84 degrees. We got back from the wedding around 6:30 it still wasn’t fixed had to recall the mgmt and they quickly had it rechecked and finally fixed. I was disappointed with the fact that the mgmt never offer a discount since we went so long without the AC

Clean and convenient!

The location of this property to attractions and events in Pigeon Forge is great! The units were nicely decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable.
