The condo itself was really nice. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the pool and amenities. Only downside is that no loaner cornhole bags or basketballs were provided for guests, so we did have to go on a bit of a scavenger hunt. Internet connection was a bit hit or miss, but not a big deal unless traveling with little ones. Otherwise nice proximity to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. Overall pleasant stay.

Great location near The Local Goat. The floors could use a deep cleaning. Take blankets if you go because the comforter/quilt is thin and one bedroom had no extra blankets. One bathroom had no bath mat. My bath towel ripped and my wash cloth was stained.

We enjoyed our trip very much ch & the accommodations were great. I’m not complaint of as the air mattress wasn’t useable due to not being clean & bandaids stuck to it. BUT we made a pallet for the little one and all went well.

I have always rented a cabin when visiting the mountains, but I am 67 and decided to take grandkids. great choice, the kids loved the condo, the pool, the play area and being so close to all activities. condo was beautiful. Traci couldn't have been nicer especially since we left a beloved stuff animal and she was so quick to find it and send pictures. making arrangement to get mr. ants back. would recommend to anyone. thanks traci for sharing your home with a very tired nana. this should be a great memory for the kids when I am no longer around.

This was a very nice place. Only thing was trying to contact someone about something that should have been in condo but was not. All I had was an email address so I emailed my problem. If they charge me for this missing item, their review will be much less than what I give it!

I picked this property because I thought my parents would join us. Both are in their 70’s and have mobility issues. No stairs and an elevator to get to the property were a big selling point. They couldn’t join us but we loved the unit. Very clean and comfortable.

Condo in Pigeon Forge

We stayed at The Cove Mountain View Condos. They are conveniently located in Pigeon Forge. The condo was as the pictures showed and all that we expected. The only issue is that the bathrooms could have been cleaner. The inside of the toilets had not been cleaned and the tile/floor around the toilet had not been cleaned.

The place was clean and cozy. The beds were a little hard for our taste but you can't please everyone. There was enough room to be near eachother or seperate if you needed a break from the kids lol. The view was nice and neighbors were quiet...or the walls were thick you couldn't hear anything. Great stay over all.

Ok Property - Mold discovered

Location and event tickets are great. The condo is dated and while I was there black mold was discovered in the spare bathroom. Property manager sent the poor maintenance guy up to the condo to deal with mold. It was not handled correctly. Also, the water heater was failing leaving my 10 year old with a barely warm bath after Dollywood all day. Also, the leaking ceiling in the kitchen was an issue. Other then that the place was ok.

Clean place that was nicely equipped.

This place was clean, had what we needed, and everything was easy. The indoor pool was nice. The free tickets to local attractions is legit with no surprises. We enjoyed the Elcatraz museum and the Titanic museum as part of the free ticket. Would stay again but recommend a longer stay. Some of the extra fees were a little high but for a longer stay it would be more worth it.

My stay in condo 1302

The property is located in an excellent area close to most of the attractions. The view of the mountains and nearby area was spectacular from the 3rd floor balcony. The only negative was the very noisy washing machine.
