We had a wonderful stay and great memories were made. Communication from our host was excellent.!! Traci was always very responsive to any questions that I had. We love the location! It’s perfect for shopping, shows and restaurants!

Communication with the host was excellent! They were very prompt in answering all of our questions. Condo is in a great location with easy access to all of the area attractions. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Beds were good and there were tvs in every bedroom and the living room. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice. There was a chair in the dining room with the leg broken on it. I texted that info to Ms.Traci. Everything else was great.

It would have been great…if the property had been cleaned and maintained.Various hairs found in bedding of guest room, mold in showers, holes/gouges/spatters on walls of every room. Not sure if anything is done in this unit between guests outside of restocking.We ended up leaving a day early because we tried to make it work and no longer wanted to. Especially with our two daughters with us, we decided it was better to drive home and end our trip a day early than stay here any longer in its present condition. Indoor pool was green and looked like it hadn’t been touched by maintenance in weeks, the outdoor pool area was fine thankfully.The only thing this listing has going for it as it currently stands is the location in relation to stores/attractions.Communication was fine. Prompt and cordial. Since we didn’t communicate our findings soon enough and tried to make it work, nothing was done to resolve the issues. Using policy to not have to address clear and present issues when inconvenient is the name of the game when you’re a host I suppose.Will not be recommending or returning. Ever.
