“坐落於山中的旅店，房間寬敞，感覺得出來擺設與用品都是詳細考慮過，最適合旅客的使用。主人家也很熱心又和善，離五漁村的Monterosso開車約25分鐘，很推薦自駕的遊客來住這，主人家會建議五漁村的最佳旅遊路線。原本網路有點慢，但要離開那天卻變得很順暢，若有遇到網速慢可以跟主人家反應看看!”

“There is no front desk or staff available to help us with check in or carrying luggage up the stairs. We arrived after 7 pm. No one answered the bell that was in the directions and I didn’t realize that there was another set of instructions for later arrivals. A local helped us call the manager who gave us instructions for the keypad which was in a different building. We had a misunderstanding about the price because I believed that I had booked it in Canadian dollars but it was in Euros, and……

“Don’t book it and don’t waste your money! It was terrible experience for us to be there. It was very hidden place and not enough guidance for find it. No actual or real person has been answering questions, it was only the virtual ai assistant who answered the questions. There was no soap in the washroom. Very very small room and the worst thing happened to us was we got stuck in the room for the few hours. The key was not working properly to open the door and we were asking for help from the……

“Walk from train station to accommodation is slope-y. Recommend to take taxi if carrying heavy luggages. No elevator for rooms on higher floors. Beverages and snacks are in abundance and you can request for more, including water. Room cleaning service foc upon request. Location is convenient to eateries. Helpful service.”
