You need to pay to rent the sunbeds, as they are owned by another hotel. Service in the hotel was very good and prompt, they were very helpful throughout our stay. "We had a wonderful few days at Aquila Porto Rethymno. The property is beautiful and well maintained and with many additional facilities and games than expected. We went mid-June and had a wonderful time at the pool and beach, easily finding chairs, however, the drinks service was slow. The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful. Very convenient location with easy walking distance to town."
