An extremely well presented 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (option to sleep 6 with sofa bed use) situated close to Pilar de la Horadada( 03191) and Torrevieja.

The airports of Alicante and Murcia are within easy drive and the apartment has easy access to the main motorway. It is only a few minutes away from the town of Pilar de la Horadada and 5 minutes away from the nearest beach.This gated apartment benefits from full air conditioning/heating, secure reserved parking, WIFI, TV, fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a coffee machine and a microwave, access to 2 communal pools and children’s play area, sea views and a large rooftop solarium with Barbecue. Kids welcome.

Pilar de la Horadada is the very south point of the Costa Blanca on the border of Costa Calida, and has 5Km of beautiful fine sandy Mediterranean Beaches and thriving expat community. The district cover the beach town of Torre de la Horadada, Mil Palmers & Pueblo Latino which come alive during summer months and are a very popular choice. It's memorable views over the port and around the landmark watchtower of Torre de la Horadada. The main town & high street of Pilar has plenty of shops and restaurants open all year and generally all speak English. One of the best shopping centres along the coast, La Zenia Boulevard, is less then 10mins drive, while Alicante airport is around 40 minutes.

Price is too high for the condition of the apartment

Thank you for staying in a beautiful neighborhood. Unfortunately, the apartment is in terrible condition. I'm sorry guests don't respect someone else's property. In the bathroom, a falling ceiling and water pouring in rain, mold in the corners, yellow hood with grease, dirty fridge, oven and toaster. It was very dirty and lack of basic cleaning products (toilet paper 1 roll for two bathrooms, garbage bags, kitchen dishwasher, dishwasher capsules). The cleaning price is high and the effects are not visible. If you want to be clean, provide people with cleaning supplies. The person handing the keys didn't even come upstairs with us to explain anything. The apartment is very non-functional (no shelves in the wardrobe, no towel rails in the bathroom, a room with two beds hard to get into the wardrobe, no wine glasses, broken corkscrew, pans in terrible condition). I will definitely come to these areas again, but unfortunately I will choose another apartment. The price is too high for the condition of the apartment.

ATTENTION PRUDENCE

Faites attention les clés vous seront déposées dans un endroit tel que camping etc .... et sans état des lieux avec le gérant. Le sommier de l'une des chambres était cassé à notre entrée, et aujourd'hui (Aout 2022) le propriétaire me demande la somme de 150 € pour son remplacement, or un vacancier espagnol à laissé un avis en juillet 2022 se plaignant du lit cassé.... La justification des 150 € est désormais la présence imaginaire d'un chien que je n'ai pas!! Mise à part cela l'appartement est très agréable, moderne, spacieux jolie piscine. DOMMAGE au manque d'entretien, et au manque d'équipements. L'appartement est prévu pour 4 a 6 personnes il n'y a que 4 fourchettes, couteaux et assiettes. J'ai du nettoyer la salle de bains qui sentait très mauvais et vider les syphons des douches complètement bouchés.

(SWE) Väldigt fint hus och trevlig område, dock så märker man att dom som hyr ut endast hur ut då det inte är speciellt hemtrevligt. Takterrassen finns det ett väldigt litet plastbord med ett litet parasoll på och en väldigt liten grill. Hade dom åkt ner hit och lagt lite mer kärlek på inredningen och sakvaror i köket och fixat till där upp hade det varit hur bra som helst här. Men känslan är sådär efter 2v här. Sen tycker jag nyckelservicen va dålig. Vi fick ett sms om att hämta nyckeln på någon resort bredvid och när vi kom dit hade dom ingen aning om vilken nyckel vi skulle få. När vi väl hade fått nyckeln så fick vi åka mot området och gå och leta i 30 min efter vårt hus då det låg väldigt konstigt. (Gatunummrerna här är katastrof). Jag hade velat att någon mötte upp oss och kanske visade hur allt funkade, nu fick man testa sig fram och så. Så där va det dåligt. Ugnen och fläkten var trasig, ugnen fixades 3 dagar innan vi lämnade. Fick dock tillbaka en del pengar för det så det va proffsigt av dom. Jag hade kunnat tänka mig att bo här igen om dom uppgraderade allt lite grann, annars tycker jag inte det är värt det / Lucas Johansson

Decepción total

La verdad que ha sido una decepción encontrarse un apartamento, que teniendo tantas posibilidades, esté tan mal cuidado y sucio. Había churretones por las paredes, mesas sin limpiar, suelo sin fregar, utensilios de la cocina sucios, al horno le faltaba uno de los mandos, no había luz en la cocina y casi no había cubiertos ni platos. Una se las camas estaba rota, y las sábanas eran muy viejas y amarillentas. Una terraza arriba prácticamente abandonada, con una sombrilla rota y una mesa y sillas muy dejadas. Una lástima que siendo un apartamento tan bonito, esté tan mal cuidado. Por lo demás, la urbanización y la zona muy bonita. La piscina era una maravilla, muy tranquila.

Exactly as described

Nice, clean apartment, exactly as described. It's in a quiet area but there are supermarkets within a few minutes walk so very convenient for a self-catering holida. Keyholder support was good.
