“We were expecting a bit more from this hotel. We let the hotel know in advance that we would be traveling with our pup and received a message confirming that they were pet-friendly and that, upon arrival, we would need to fill out paperwork and pay a pet fee. However, upon arrival, the front staff who checked in my husband seemed surprised that we had a dog, and told him, “Well, you're not really in a pet-friendly room”, which was also on the second floor, not making it the easiest for potty……

“Our Room was gross and smelled terrible. We asked for a a new room but they said they didn't have any and they would send someone to our room to check the air filter but that never happened. The pool staff just stood around and didn't There were like a 100 of dead grass hoppers in the hot that we had to ask them to clean out. ”
